FREE WI-FI BROADBAND INTERNET & 32" flat-screen colour TV showing all of the main UK channels. This spacious apartment (86 sqm) has a large balcony (21 sqm) with a "superb" sea view. Set away from the large (18m) communal pool, with shallow end for children, the apartment is one of 50 on the €5,000,000 Peyia Paradise development. Stroll from the living room onto the large south-facing balcony, which gets the sun all day, and enjoy the sea view. With one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for families. Up to six guests can be accommodated, as one of the two lounge sofas converts into a double bed. Just imagine, wake up in the morning, slide open the patio door, walk onto the balcony, feel the warmth of the sun and gaze out at the deep blue Mediterranean sea whilst enjoying your breakfast. Whenever you feel thirsty, just step inside and grab a cold drink from the fridge and return to your comfortable sun-bed. If you get hot and want to cool off, take a dip in the large communal pool. In the evening, pour a drink and sit on the balcony to admire the Cyprus sunsets. After nightfall, lay on one of the four sun-longers and gaze up at the star-studded heavens.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of just three apartment blocks (total number of apartments = 50). There is just one flight of steps to the entrance door. Two bedrooms (one with double-bed, one with twin beds). The fully-tiled bathroom has a bath, shower, sink & WC. The kitchen is well-equipped with oven, hob, washing machine and microwave oven. The dining table has seating for six. The lounge has two sofas, one of which converts into a double-bed which means the apartment can sleep up to 6 people. There is dedicated Broadband Wi-Fi Internet and all of the main UK television channels can be enjoyed through the set-top box on a 32" flat-screen colour TV. The multi-region DVD player plays all DVDs as well as CDs of various formats.

The apartment has a large south faciing balcony / sun terrace that gets the sun ALL day and on which there are four quality sun-beds, a sturdy patio table, six chairs and a parasol. The communal pool, illuminated at night, is 18m in length, has an eye-catching bridge over the centre and there is a shallow end (0.5m) for children. Toilets and showers are located close to the pool area. The apartment contains four lightweight portable reclining sunchairs that can be used by the pool. The well-stocked and colourful gardens at Peyia Paradise are well-maintained by one of the on-site residents.

If there are 5 or 6 in your party, additional person(s) are charged £25.00 per week each, in order to cover the cost of laundry and utilities.There are no hidden extras. Children are welcome. A travel cot and / or high chair can be hired for a £15.00 per week each. If a travel cot is required, please bring your own cot linen and make use of the washing machine. We would be delighted to block out your chosen dates without obligation for four working days in order to give you time to download, complete and send the booking form, with a deposit of £100.00 (or 25% if your stay is to be for 15 nights or more). The balance will fall due eight weeks before your stay commences. If you are making a booking within eight weeks of your holiday, the whole amount is payable at the time of making the booking. You may arrive and depart on any day of your choosing as we are completely flexible and have no fixed 'changeover day'. If your return flight is scheduled to depart late, we would recommend booking an additional night, which will be charged pro-rata, so that you may stay as late as you wish rather than have to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am on your final day. Bath towels, hand towels and bed linen are supplied. If your stay is for 10 nights or more, all towels and bed-linen will be changed after 7 nights. You need only pack beach towels.

The Paphos region

Nearby Paphos is located on the west side of the island of Cyprus, which is the third largest island in the Mediterranean Sea. Its 9,251 square kilometres (3,572 square miles) encompass citrus and olive groves, pine forested mountains, and some of Europe's cleanest beaches. Also, it is the easternmost island in the Mediterranean Sea. Cyprus is located 65 miiles west of Syria, 45 miles south of Turkey and 200 miles north of Egypt. The island has a mild, typically Mediterranean climate, with sunshine even in winter (well over 300 days per year) and very little rainfall. In early Spring it is possible to ski on Mount Olympus and then swim in the sea later the same day.


Only 10 miles west of Paphos and less than 3km from the beach at Coral Bay, the apartment is located in a quiet position on the Peyia Paradise complex on the edge of Peyia village. A good selection of shops, bars and tavernas can be found less than 1400 metres from the apartment. In nearby Coral Bay there's an even greater selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Secret Valley and Tsada golf courses are less than a 30 minute drive away. Locally, within 2kms, you will find Go-Kart racing, aa bird park, horseriding, water sports and cycle hire.

Well-stocked supermarkets can be found in the centre of the village together with a variety of bars & restaurants. Also, the nearby beach resort of Coral Bay has a vast selection of places where you can eat, drink and, if you wish, dance the night away.

"Excellent property"

Lovely apartment with a large balcony,has everything you require for a relaxing holiday,close to the large pool which was never to busy.A car is a must although its only five minutes drive to Coral bay which has a choice of some excellent restaurants, and a choice of two beaches,all in all a beautiful area to explore.

"Home from home in Peyia"

It was exactly "as it said on the tin". Wonderful location, near beach, shops, facilities, etc. The view from the balcony over the sea was marvellous. The balcony itself was very large and had chairs, table and loungers, etc plus the necessary parasol.
The apartment was clean, tidy and well prepared when we arrived and we were given individual codes for key box and safe. It was well equipped with everything needed for a self-catering holiday - even a ringbinder filled with booklets and instructions for all the equipment provided. There were even bottles of water waiting for us when we arrived.
Booking was easy via the website and then the owner contacted us by email and telephone on several occasions. It was a very easy, friendly and personal process. Customer service was second to none.
I would recommend this apartment, without hesitation, to friends and relatives and to anyone who would want an excellent apartment in the Paphos area.

"Perfect family vacation"

If you want a relaxed invironment, nice little restaurants, clean and nice apartment with a warm pool; Rent this place. You will need a car to go to beaches and to Paphos, but it's worth it. We stayed for 5 weeks and we enjoyed every minute of it. Try the local dishes att the restaurants. The prices are a lot lower than in other areas of Cyprus. We will return some day in the future!

"Ecelent Value - Good location"

We stayed at Apartment 101 in December and found that the apartment was very well located for exploring western Cyprus (actually, you can see the whole island from there if you are happy to travel a bit, as the island is relatively small). Paia is a lovely quiet village on the outskirts of Paphos, so you don't have lots of the big town bustle to worry you, and it includes some really nice shops with essentials etc. There is a lovely pool in the complex, but the beach is just down the road and is wonderful. All in all, for the weekly rate, this is a no brainer.

"A good property in a great location."

This apartment has only one problem: the huge balcony is so perfect that you may get lazy and spend so much time there that you miss out on some of Cyprus's numerous other attractions. It really does have FULL sun ALL day – even in winter. The location is an ideal base for truly exploring and getting to know the Akamas area.
