About the home
Spacious apartment with large communal pool (18m long) with shallow end for the children. Walk from the living room onto the large south-facing balcony, furnished with quality patio furniture and admire the sea views. With one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for families. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 as one of the lounge sofas converts into a double bed. If there are 5 or 6 of you, the 5th & 6th persons will be charged at £25.00 per person per week to cover the cost of laundry and utlities. We do not charge any hidden extras. There's plenty to see and do in the surrounding area during your stay. Children are welcome. A travel cot and / or high chair can be hired for a £15.00 per week per item. If the travel cot is required, please bring your own cot linen and make use of the washing machine. We would be delighted to block out your chosen dates without obligation for four working days in order to give you time to download, complete and send the booking form, with a deposit of £100.00 (or 25% if your booking is for 15 nights or more). The balance becomes due eight weeks before your stay in Cyprus commences. If you are booking within eight weeks of the commencement of your holiday, the full payment is due upon booking. Imagine....arise in the morning....slide open the patio door....walk out onto the large balcony....and gaze out at the Mediterranean sea while enjoying breakfast. The balcony is south-facing and gets the sun all day. Whenever you feel thirsty, step inside to grab a cold drink from the fridge and return to your comfortable sun-bed. If you get hot and want to cool off, take a dip in the 18m long communal pool. In the evening, pour yourself a drink and sit on the balcony to admire the sunset. After nightfall, take advantage of the low light pollution and lay on one of the sun-longers to gaze up at the star-studded heavens. Your holiday is too important for you (or us) to get it wrong. The apartment is situated on the first floor (there are only two floors) of just three apartment blocks (total number of apartments = 50). It has two bedrooms (one with double-bed, one with twin beds). The bathroom has a bath, shower, sink & WC. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a dining table with seating for six. The lounge has two three-seater sofas, one of which converts into a double-bed which means the apartment can sleep up to 6 people. The lounge has a 32" flat-screen colour TV (Freeview = BBC1, BB2, ITV etc.) and a mulit-region DVD player that also plays various CD formats.

The apartment has a large south faciing balcony / sun terrace that gets the sun ALL day and on which there are four quality sun-beds, a sturdy patio table, six chairs and a parasol. The communal pool (depth 0.5m to 1.5m), which is illuminated in the evenings, is 18m in length and has an eye-catching bridge over the centre. There are toilets and showers located adjacent to the pool. The apartment contains four lightweight reclining sunchairs that can be carried to/from the pool.

If there are 5 or 6 in your party, additional person(s) are charged £25.00 per week each, in order to cover the cost of laundry and utilities. A £100.00 deposit is payable upon making your reservation with the balance becoming payable eight weeks before your departure date. If you are making a booking within eight weeks of your holiday, the whole amount becomes payable. YOU MAY ARRIVE / DEPART ON ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. WE ARE COMPLETELY FLEXIBLE AND HAVE NO FIXED CHANGEOVER DAY.
Conditions
If you have a late flight home, you can book the one extra night (at a pro-rata rate) so that you can stay as long as you wish on your final day. Our representatives will then service the apartment the day following your departure. Smokers are welcome however we kindly request that there is NO smoking INSIDE the apartment.

The Paphos region


Nearby Paphos is located on the west side of the island of Cyprus, which is the third largest island in the Mediterranean Sea. Its 9,251 square kilometres (3,572 square miles) encompass citrus and olive groves, pine forested mountains, and some of Europe's cleanest beaches. Also, it is the easternmost island in the Mediterranean Sea. Cyprus is located 65 miiles west of Syria, 45 miles south of Turkey and 200 miles north of Egypt. The island has a mild, typically Mediterranean climate, with sunshine even in winter (well over 300 days per year) and very little rainfall. In early Spring it is possible to ski on Mount Olympus and then swim in the sea later the same day.
The Peyia area
Only 10 miles west of Paphos and less than 3km from the beach at Coral Bay, the apartment is located in a quiet position on the Peyia Paradise complex on the edge of Peyia village. A good selection of shops, bars and tavernas can be found less than 1400 metres from the apartment. In nearby Coral Bay there's an even greater selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Secret Valley and Tsada golf courses are less than a 30 minute drive away. Locally, within 2kms, you will find Go-Kart racing, aa bird park, horseriding, water sports and cycle hire.
Well-stocked supermarkets can be found in the centre of the village together with a variety of bars & restaurants. Also, the nearby beach resort of Coral Bay has a vast selection of places where you can eat, drink and, if you wish, dance the night away.
