Home description
As we brought the villa for our holiday breaks we decided early on that we wanted that extra bit of luxury. There are ceiling fans in every room, leather sofas and a reclining chair...So although its great to explore ,sometimes it is great just sitting around thinking about the next dip in the pool , enjoying the sunshine or planning where to go the next day. The Villa has balconies on every floor so whether you want to dine al fresco or have a glass of wine you can enjoy the relaxing and spectacular views from any of the 3 levels. The Villa is south facing so the pool has the sun all day with spectacular sunsets
The location could not be better - you can walk to the centre of Peyia and eat at the tavernas you have a good selection the trip back to the villa will burn the calories off. As the Villa is close to everything you need for a relaxing yet fun filled holiday whether it is on the beach, exploring Cyprus, golfing or just relaxing by the pool.
We have tried to make a holiday at our villa an experience not just a holiday.

The Paphos District
If you want a relaxing holiday by the pool just watching the sun go down with a glass of local wine or want to explore the Island you are ideally situated. Cyprus has over 300 days of sunshine. With all its ancient history, beautiful coast, the Troudos mountains and friendly people there is so much to explore. A Ski resort is also available in the Troodos mountains (seasonal) about 1.5 hours drive.
The Akamas Peninsular in the west, the mountains in the centre and the capital Nicosia, all ready for you to make your holiday an experience you will want to repeat.
Peyia area
Bay View Villa is situated above the village of Peyia, about 3km from Coral Bay and a beautiful sandy beach. Peyia is about 5 minutes walk with all you need (tavernas, bank, supermarkets).
Polis is on the north coast, the sea caves are to the west of Peyia.There is also the nature reserve on the Akamas peninsular. Pathos with its harbour, the Adonis Falls, the Aphrodite baths and two golf courses .The Tomb of the Kings and various other archeological and historical sites, local pottery and craft shops, a water park and bird and animal park are all close by including local nature reserves such as Lara bay which has a turtle hatchery and lovely sandy beach, all within 45 mins drive from the villa. Eating out in Peyia or Coral bay is an experience for your taste buds - all we can say is go and enjoy it.
How to get there
The internet is the best place for flight bookings from all major airports. Car hire is also available from the internet however contacts for local firms are available upon request.All the major car hire companies are located at the airports in Cyprus,and the villa is only 0.5hr away from Pathos airport.Directions to the villa are available upon request.

Further details outdoors: Bay view villa has a private pool (6x3mtrs) depths varies from1mtr to 1.7mtr with a sun deck, sun loungers and parasol. All the balconies have views of Peyia with the main balcony great for eating out on and looking out across Peyia towards the mediterranean sea, Pathos town and coast line .Because the villa is situated high on the hillside there is a refreshing breeze most of the time. There are spectacular sunsets. Off road parking with carport.

May not be suitable for very young children as the pool has a deep end and no perimeter fence
