Banana Breeze is a new executive villa built in a rural and peacefull setting, yet close to Coral Bay, its 2 beaches and all its amenities. The villa, built on one level, has been designed to offer all you need in terms of luxury including wide screen satellite TV/DVD system, superb modern fitted kitchen, CD system and CD's, books and games for indoors, inflatables and games for the pool, spit roast BBQ.

The interior has been finished to an extremely high standard with modern leather furniture, walk in wardrobes and very spacious bedrooms. Outside there are 2 covered loggias and 2 large parasols providing plenty of shade. 8 comfortable sun beds and and a matching patio set creates a perfect environment for outdoor living. Each room is fully air conditioned and has under floor heating for the winter.

The Paphos District

The villa overlooks the sea in the exclusive area of Sea Caves 10Km North West of Paphos harbour. Paphos is famous for its hugely important archaelogical history with a number of places of interest designated by UNESCO as World Heritage sites. Coral Bay is the nearest town which is very lively with many bars and tavernas to enjoy. It also has numerous shops and supermarkets and fully caters for guests requirements while on holiday. Paphos is renowned for its more temperate climate compared to more northern areas, and whilst temperatures can reach 40 degrees on occasions, the Sea Caves area often has a gentle cooling breeze blowing through it.

Nestled on the edge of the Akamas National Park and close to the picturesque village of Agios Georgios, the Sea Caves area enjoys absolutely stunning views over the protected coastline and across the Mediterranean Sea with breathtaking sunsets for guests to enjoy. Whilst Cyprus gets very hot in high summer, there is often a cooling breeze that gently blows through the many banana plantations in the area, hence our name. The villa is only 5 minutes from the 2 excellent beaches at Coral Bay , 15 minutes from Paphos Harbour and the Tomb of the Kings, and three golf courses are all within 30 minutes drive away. The Akamas Peninsula is only 10 minutes away and is a protected area of near virgin habitats with its flora being rich and varied. In Spring it provides a spectacle of colours of breathtaking beauty and can be explored on foot or with a 4WD vehicle. There are a number of Tavernas nearby which can be reached on foot but many many more are a short drive away.

How to get there

Paphos is the nearest airport and Banana Breeze is only 30 minutes away. Alternatively you can travel to and from Larnaca, and whilst it is some 2 hours away, more flights are available to and from this airport. Flights are generally available from most UK airports to both Larnaca and Paphos.
We would recommend hiring a car as there is so much to see in and around the area, especially the Akamas Peninsula. However there is a local bus service nearby giving our visitors the opportunity to travel around the area and to and from Coral Bay and Paphos.
There are also a number of local taxi companies who charge comparable prices to the UK.

The pool is 8m x 4m with Roman steps for easy access and has a shallow end for non swimmers. The pool can be heated in certain months for an extra weekly charge, please contact the owners.

Conditions

A 25% deposit is required on booking and full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure. A damage deposit of £300 is also required and will be refunded upon inspection.

The villa can be booked for a minimum of 7 days. Pool heating is available for March to June and from September through October. It is not necessary to heat the pool in July and August. Please contact the owners for pool heating pricing. Air conditioning and a welcome pack are included in the price. A 25% deposit is required to secure each booking. A refundable damage deposit is required before departure. After booking we will provide complete information regarding the villa, local places of interest, restaurants, bars, trips and tours, golf courses etc etc. We would be pleased to offer assistance with car hire and flights.
