Irini Gardens is undoubtedly one of the best complexes in the Peyia area, situated between the village centre and the coast. It is ideally located for exploring the north west and south west of the island and is within easy reach of Paphos and the Troodos Mountains. The property is well stocked with everything you need for a wonderful holiday.
The kitchen is fully fitted, with fridge/freezer, full oven and hotplates, microwave, cafeteria, toaster, kettle and washing machine. Other kitchen and household implements, such as iron and ironing board, are also provided. The lounge is fully furnished, with a DVD, a three seater settee, coffee table, and three easy chairs. The dining area has a large glass and ironwork table and six chairs. The beautiful ironwork furniture, handmade by a local craftsman, and prints by Greek photographer Georges Miers are features of the house. There is a large air-conditioning unit in the lounge, which also serves as a heater in winter. Patio windows lead from the lounge to the patio, which faces the landscaped communal gardens and large pool. Garden furniture is provided for the patio and sun-beds are available around the pool.
There is a downstairs w/c. A marble staircase leads from the lounge area to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with wall-to-wall shower cubicle. The large main bedroom, with a 5’ bed and built-in wardrobes, has a separate balcony, facing over the pool, with sea views. The balcony is south facing. Two chairs and a table are provided so that you can fully enjoy the early morning sun and views of the sun setting over the sea. The second bedroom has two 3’ beds and ample wardrobes, and offers mountain views. Both bedrooms have reverse cycle air-conditioning and feature iron beds and units. Our cleaner/manager lives on site and can handle any queries.

The Paphos District
Nearby Paphos boasts a scenic harbour, sandy beaches and a wealth of antiquities... all with ample free parking!
The Troodos mountains make an ideal day trip by car, as does Limassol, reached by motorway or the dramatic old coast road past the Birthplace of Aphrodite.
Peyia is ideally situated for exploring the south west of Cyprus, with Coral Bay, the Akamas Peninsular and Tombs of the Kings all within 10 minutes drive. The roads north from Peyia lead over the hills, through pretty villages, to the north coast, with Latchi, Polis, the Baths of Aphrodite and the pretty harbour of Pomos.
The village, with excellent shops, restaurants and banks, is an uphill walk away, while a short stroll towards the coast brings you to banana, orange, lemon, fig and pomegranate plantations. Hot in summer, mild in winter, and with a balmy autumn and spring adorned with wild flowers, this is a great all-year-round destination.
