About the home

The property is on a small friendly complex. It has a fully furnished kitchen comprising of oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board. The lounge/dining area has Satelite TV, DVD and Cassette recorder. Downstairs wc. The bedrooms comprise of 2 twin beds in each. One of the bedrooms overlooks the swimming pool. All rooms have air-conditioning.The bathroom has a shower and wc. Outside there is a private garden with patio table and chairs. Bed linen, towels,(with the exception of beach towels) electricity are included. Weekly laundering service is provided. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided at the poolside.

The property is located 30 mins from Paphos airport. 15 minutes from Paphos town giving unlimited shopping and restaurants. The traditional village of Peyia has restaurants, bank and supermarkets within walking distance. Local beaches of Coral Bay provide water sports and restaurants. The area also provides a good base to explore archealogical sites,Troudos Mountains boasting picturesque scenery, 3 golf courses,Aqua Park and Go-Karting.

The Paphos region

Cyprus is one of the healthiest countries in the world due to very low pollution. The island enjoys 340 days of sunshine per year with high summer and mild winter temperatures.

The history of the area stretches back to Roman times. There are lots of ancient archaelogical sites to see around Paphos. The Troudos mountains provides a wealth of beautiful scenery. The Akamas Peninsula is a conservation area where at certain times the sea turtles come and lay their eggs at Lara Beach, Aphrodites Rock and Pissouri are worth visiting. Mini Cruises and flights to Egypt and the Pyramids are available.

The Peyia area

Peyia is a self contained village overlooking the popular resort of Coral Bay. It boasts several traditional tavernas.
Coral Bay Bowling & Sports Club (Neo's) is 3 minutes drive away and all bowlers are made welcome to join in and use the facilities.
Golf driving range 5 minutes drive away on road to Paphos( visit places of interest photos for details.)

Fly to Paphos from most regional UK airports by Thompson Fly,Monarch,XL Airlines,First Choice,Thomas Cook,Air Malta,British Airways,Cyprus Airways,
Flight Search sites - Sky Deals. flights weekdays and weekends.
From airport, go west for approximately 20 Kilometres, going through Paphos along the coast road, follow the sign to Coral Bay. When you reach the crossroads at Coral Bay take a right turn to the village of Peyia which is signposted.

Follow the road for 4 kms and just past the Police Station on the left hand side, take a left turn for 1 km until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left side of the fork and continue for .5 km and the complex is on the right hand side. ( Airport pick up and car hire can be arranged if required. )

“Fantastic accommadation made a trouble free holiday.” Excellent accommadation. Stayed for a week wife the wife and two grown up son's. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool being so close was a plus. The owners, Lynne & Dave could not have been more helpful. First class accommadation, first class service. Will use again when the chance arises.

“Another wonderful holiday” Our stay at B5 Eva Gardens was very relaxing because the accommodation is first class. It is kept to a very high standard and every thing you need for a perfect holiday is there. A small friendly complex with good size pool area equipped with loungers, well laid out with trees and flower beds. Exceptional in every way. You need to hire a car and this can be arranged by Mr & Mrs Webb if required. They are ready to help whenever help is required. Perfect hosts. .Peyia has lots of different restaurants and Coral Bay is a short drive away for the night life and plenty of restaurants to chose from. All in all a perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
