Located in the heart of the popular and very charming village of Peyia. the apartment enjoys wonderful panoramic and unteruppted sea views from both the lower balcony and private roof terrace, it is within easy walking distance of a great choice of shops, restaurants and village amenities, is a few minutes from Coral Bay beach and is just ten minutes centre of tourist Paphos and popular visitor attractions in the area.
The apartment has a large private screened roof terrace and a lower balcony both enjoying sea views, BBQ, sun loungers, patio table and chairs. There are portable sun loungers for guests to use and enjoy the communal swimming pool or to take with them to the famous sandy Coral Bay and Lara Beaches which are just a five minute drive.
Peyia village has a good selection of amenities which include banks, supermarkets, bakery, delicatessen, butchers, doctors, dentist and pharmacy as well as a good choice of local tavernas and international cuisine restaurants. The Paphos region

The climate of Cyprus makes the summer months a popular time for tourism in Paphos, when temperatures are mid 30s degrees Celsius every day. However the cooler winter months attract keen walkers, mountain biking enthusiasts and skiers to the Troodos Mountains and Akamas peninsular areas.
Paphos offers shopping in the tourist beach promenade and the old town area of Kato Paphos has a wonderful old covered market area to browse around. In addition to the wonderful choice of beaches and all year sunshine Paphos offers families a fantastic choice of modern or traditional restaurants, and many things to do and see, from water parks, to go carting, Golf to Luxury spas there is something for all ages to enjoy.
The Peyia area
Peyia is a very charming traditional village with pretty winding streets and old stone house sitting on a gently elvated hillside overlooking Coral Bay. Peyia offers visitors a good selection of amenities for self catering holiday including, two supermarkets, a fantastic bakery, butchers, fishmongers, banks, doctors and launderette. It also offers a good selection of traditional tavernas where you can try the local fish or meat meze or you can try Sophie’s restaurant offers international and very popular buffet evenings and a wonderful cocktail bar terrace overlooking Coral Bay from which you can enjoy your sundowners and the views.

Located in a peaceful area of Peyia this was exactly the holiday my wife and I were looking for. Within walking distance of a supermarket, bakery and the recently opened Brewery Bar, where we spend at least three evenings of our holiday. The apartment was exactly as advertised and had all the kitchen utensils and equipment you could ask for. As our trip was early in the season, the apartment block was very quiet though the few people who were staying there long term were very friendly and helpful. |

This apartment is first class. While were there , the other apartments in the block (3 upstairs, 3 middle, 3 lower iirc) were quiet, hence we had the pool (nice pool it was too) between ourselves and a small amount of other guests. I would imagine if they were all full it could become a bit crowded though. The air con was great, on a timer switch so you had to remember to set it for the max two hours if you were going out mid day. The bathroom was pleasant. The shower however was rubbish!! The only negative thing about the apartment.! A well fitted kitchen, comfy settees and a nice dining table. First class lower balcony AND roof terrace. Great views. I would recommend a car if you are staying here though its only a 10 minute walk down the hill to the hustle and bustle of coral bay and the bus routes. It has ample private parking under and outside the apartments. The two flights of stairs is a bit of a pain when carrying all the luggage in though. Overall a brilliant holiday and I will definately stay at 'Lara' again. No wifi in the apartment and terrible TV channel selection. My advice if you need wifi is to take a wifi laptop to the internet cafe in Coral bay and you can hook it up there by the hour or more for peanuts. Take DVDs if you want to watch telly!! Agios Giorgios beach is highly recommended, is also very good if you have kids. |
