The accommodation has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes, a huge open plan living area comprising lounge, dining for 6 people and fully fitted kitchen - plenty of room for mum & dad, the kids, groups of friends or couples on a romantic getaway.
Begin your morning with breakfast on your bistro terrace before heading to beautiful Coral Bay for a spot of sunbathing and maybe a spin on a jetski. A lunch date at one of the excellent restaurants before heading home to spend the afternoon by the pool. After making the difficult decision between a chilled Keo beer or one of the excellent local wines, watch the spectacular sunset from your large, private verandah.
The apartment is located in the picturesque village of Peyia and is 4km from the fabled sandy shores of Coral Bay. Paphos and the surrounding area has something for everyone. From skiing in the Troodos Mountains in the winter and hiking in the summer, cruises to Egypt and the Holy Land, a wide range of watersports including excellent diving, and golfing, the island of Cyprus appeals to everyone. With many flights from the UK and over 340 days of sunshine each year Cyprus is perfect for your next holiday.
Peyia has a beautiful traditional church which has become more and more popular as a wedding venue. The apartment is perfectly situated to cater for visiting guests. It may be possible to arrange additional accommodation for entire wedding parties to celebrate together within Salacia Gardens and further details can be provided on request.

The Paphos District
Situated on the south west coast of the island, Paphos is steeped in history and culture. The old town has an abundance of shops selling local produce and a daily market for all those essential holiday purchases. Down by the harbour, known as Kato Paphos, there are many cafes, bars and restaurants in which to enjoy a traditonal Cyprus coffee or something stronger. You can take a walk around the bustling harbour or embark on a boat trip for the day.
There are numerous sites of archaeological interest including the famous Tomb of the Kings and the UNESCO protected Mosaics of Dionysus. The mythical birthplace of Aphrodite - Petra tou Romiou - is a 20 minute drive away.
Paphos has one of the healthiest climates of the Mediterranean and boasts over 300 days of sunshine each year with balmy temperatures throughout the seasons. The island is rapidly developing its reputation as a golfers paradise, with 2 championship courses, Secret Valley and Tsada along with the renowned Aphrodite Hills all within close proximity.
For the more energetic there are some fantastic trails for mountain biking or walking in the Troodos Mountains and Akamas National Park. You will get to see some spectacular views, visit some typical Cypriot villages and see a completely different side of this fascinating island.
Peyia area
Peyia is a traditional village with tavernas and restaurants serving the best meze, freshly caught fish and delicious local wine. In short Peyia offers a taste of traditional Cyprus living whilst catering for all your holiday needs. Amenities include banks, supermarkets, butchers, bakery, pharmacy and a take away that delivers!
Coral Bay has the biggest and best beach in the area and is only a five minute drive or bus ride away. It offers everything you would expect to find in a modern holiday resort and the beach itself has recently had a complete makeover with new toilets and amenities and has attained the coveted Blue Flag award for its cleanliness.

Further details outdoors: Designated private parking; heated communal swimming pool with shower and toilet facilities; security entrance gate. Deck chairs and sun umbrella are included for use at the pool or beach. The apartment benefits from 2 covered terraces both with table and chairs. The larger terrace has an area for sunbathing, a BBQ and is planted with attractive flowers and shrubs.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total payment which is payable six weeks before the departure date of your holiday. A refundable damages deposit of £150 is payable with the final payment. This will be refunded to you on return from your holiday provided the keys are returned and there is no damage or breakages.
