Villa St Helena has been designed to cater for those who want to get away and relax within luxury surroundings. We have selected quality furnishings to ensure your stay is as homely and comfortable as possible.
The villa has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, (1 en suite),1 WC, kitchen, sitting room, verandah, garden & private pool, plus a large garden with beautiful shaded area. You can enjoy alfresco dining under the curtain-dressed pergola. The villa is built to a very high specification and stylishly furnished and landscaped.
The rooftop terrace is suitable for sunbathing, with beautiful hillside views to the rear and panoramic sea views to the front. The terrace can be used for an early evening retreat with the benefit of sea breezes.
Facilities include Broadband, media player with a wide selection of music and films. Also a selection of board games and barbecue facilities.
In a lovely residential area, on the door step to Coral Bay, less than 5 minutes drive from the beautiful beach and bars situated there. The beach of Coral Bay being one of the best on the Island is particularly safe for children due to the shallow waters and lack of rocks.

The three bedrooms accommodate 6 people comfortably. There is the facility to accommodate a further two people on the very comfortable sofa, situated in the lounge. These would be best suited to younger people.
The fireplace acts as a feature only to the living room, but there is a beautiful featured bowl in which to place tea lights to create an ambiance, if you so wish.

The outside area has 4 recliners with adjustable back and leg rests, and full length cushion, plus 4 sunbathing loungers with adjustable back rests. There are also 12 outdoor dining chairs at your disposal, 6 situated at the dining area under the pergola and 6 located on the patio.
The roof terrace also has an outdoor dining set, consisting of table, parasol and 4 cushioned recliners, plus one full length lounger and sofa area. You can also enjoy sea views from the roof terrace.
Further details
Cleaning, towel & linen change happens on changeover day. For 2 weeks holiday and longer, for an additional payment we can come in to clean your villa, change the bedding, towel & linen. If you wish to have your villa cleaned during your stay, we can arrange this as an optional extra. Beach towels are provided. Please inquire during reservation for more details.
Luxury bath and hand towels are provided.
Please note there will be a breakages deposit of £150 to pay. This is refundable upon inspection of the property and will be returned within 21 days.
Travel cot, stair gate that fits across a door way and highchair is available.
Access to the bedrooms is via a marble staircase, that may not be suitable for the infirm or elderly. We are currently investigating wheelchair accessibility to the ground floor.
Discounts are available for long winter lets and bookings in the summer season of 3 weeks or more
Conditions
Our prices are shown in UK pounds and do include reasonable use of electricity, gas, water, plus local charges. Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms and main living areas & we ask that this be used sensibly. If used in excess, then we reserve the right to make an extra charge.

The Paphos region
Paphos is a coastal city in the southwest of Cyprus and the capital of Paphos District.
Paphos enjoys a Subtropical-Mediterranean climate, with most-mild temperatures on the island. The typical summer's season lasts about 8 months, from April to November, although also in March and December sometimes there are temperature above 20 °C (68.0 °F).
Paphos is listed as a World Heritage Site with Third Century Mosaics, and the Tombs of the Kings. You can easily access by car the Akamas Peninsular, and the Troodos Mountains, where you can explore Kykkos Monastery and several wineries producing local Cypriot wines.
For those interested in Golf then nearby Tsada offers an 18 hole Golf Course, with a further two courses within a 30 minute drive.
Paphos has a great Waterpark, fun activities like Crazy Golf and Go-Karting, and is an ideal place to keep the children entertained. It also has several stylish restaurants and can provide either an authentic Cyprus experience or cater for fine dining as well
The Peyia / Peyia Village area
Villa St Helena is located on the outskirts of Peyia, a very popular and charming village situated on a gently sloping hillside, overlooking Coral Bay. It is very traditional in look and feel, with little winding streets and traditional stone houses with an old village church and shops at the centre.
Peyia offers visitors a good selection of amenities including banks, doctors, two supermarkets, a fantastic bakery, butchers, fishmongers, DVD shop and launderette. It also offers a good selection of traditional tavernas where you can try the local fish or meat meze. Peyia is an excellent location for families and couples seeking a relaxing holiday but its location is ideal for reaching a good selection of green flag beaches and tourist attractions in the surrounding areas such as:-
Paphos Aphrodite Water park, Jet Skiing, Paragliding, Water Skiing, Banana Boat, Pedal Boats, Sea Kayaking, local Sea Cruises, Mountain Biking, Walking Treks

A group of friends, my husband and I recently stayed at Villa St. Helena. The Villa was amazing and exceeded all expectations, the outdoor area really makes a huge difference and you can choose to have evening BBQ's by the lit up pool, a glass of champagne on the rather large roof terrace or sit inside and enjoy the luxury of the films that are all readily available on the TV system. The pool is a great size with plenty of sun loungers and the villa inside is very modern and luxurious. One bedroom has an ensuite and the other 2 share a very large bathroom with an added toilet downstairs. There is even a shared balcony overlooking the pool for 2 of the rooms. As the area is quite hilly, it would be advisable to rent a car in the very hot months, although Peyia village itself is only a short walk. Coral Bay with its abundance of bars/clubs and restaurants is only a 10minute drive and everything is easily accessible from the villa via car/taxi. I would definitely reccommend this villa to friends and family and would love to stay again. It is great fun to go with a group of friends, as I did, or would be ideal for families too. I spoke to Warren, the owner on a number of occasions and he was very accommodating when I asked if we could extend the check-out time due to a late flight. As there was nobody checking in the next day, he let us stay until 8pm which made all the difference on our final day. I hope to visit again next year and if you are thinking of visiting, then do not hesitate. The villa really is amazing and you will not be disappointed. |

It has been ages since we have returned from Cyprus and I have been meaning to write and tell you how wonderful the villa is. We had the most wonderful time and the only thing that let the holiday down was that we didn’t book for two weeks! We felt so comfortable and at home there and Jill, you thought of everything getting it ready. It is beautiful and has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed in. The village of Peyia is lovely and the location of the villa was perfect for driving around the island and exploring. We have been telling everyone about it and we took plenty of photos so hopefully we may get you a booking or two.
Thank you for allowing us to be the first to stay in it. We have certainly fallen in love with Cyprus!

The quality of the fixtures and fittings definitely made it feel like 5 star luxury. This was our first trip to Cyprus - the local people couldn't
have been friendlier, and the pace of life was very laid back. The arrangements for our arrival went very smoothly and Ben was always on hand with advice and information.

Villa St Helena was a dream, fantastic location being no more than 5 mins to the supermarket / shops yet peaceful with incredible views from the roof terrace. This villa is extremely spacious, impeccably maintained and furnished to a very high standard - trust me you wanted be disappointed.
