About the home

Situated in the pretty village of Peyia this beautiful three bedroom modern styled villa provides everything you need for an amazing villa holiday. The villa is 5 minutes drive to Coral Bay and 20 minutes into Paphos, providing a great base from which to discover the beautiful island of Cyprus. The villa's grounds are landscaped with its own private pool. We also provide free air conditioning and welcome pack on arrival with the aim to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Kitchen: Modern granite fitted kitchen featuring Oven, Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave and all expected utensils.

Living Rooms: Relaxing stylish bright living room with a 3 and 2 seater sofa and coffee tables, CD hifi, TV, DVD player, English Satellite TV. Dining area with table and six chairs. With 3 sets of patio doors leading out on the poolside veranda.

Other: There is also a downstairs cloakroom WC.
A cot / high chair / fold down bed can be provided on request at extra cost.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Property is cleaned once a week and towels and linen will be changed once a week

Notes on accommodation:
All rooms have remote air conditioning for both cooling and heating.
There is a No Smoking policy inside this Villa, smoking is allowed on the patios and garden.

Large landscaped garden incorporating palm and fruit trees. With a large outdoor veranda with modern patio furniture for six people , also six sunbeds for lounging around the large Private 8x4 metre swimming pool. Total Paradise!

The Paphos region

Immerse yourself in a culture that draws on Europe, the Middle East, and 9000 years of constant invasion. Crusader castles rub shoulders with ancient vineyards, frescoed monasteries overlook citrus orchards, and sandy, sun-soaked feet tread Roman mosaic floors.

The Cypriot climate is typically Mediterranean, with very hot summers in July and August. Inland temperatures can soar over 40°C (around 105°F) but refreshing respite can be found at higher altitudes and along the coasts. Cyprus can suffer drought years and summers are usually cloudless and almost always completely dry. Winters are usually moderately wet with temperatures averaging between 5°C (42°F) and 15°C (59°F).

The Peyia / Ackamantos area

Coast/Beach
Coral Bay is a 5 min car drive away. Here you will find a choice of beaches, water sports, cafes, restaurants and the most beautiful sunsets. A drive to the Akamas is recommended where there are plenty of unspoilt, deserted beaches on the way. Also the is the amazing untouched beach of Lara bay (Turtle Beach) where the turtles come to lay there eggs on a night.

Golf
Golf can be played at Aphrodite Hills golf course this is approx 1hr away the course features the following.
18 holes, Par 71/70, 6232 metres. Carved out of groves of carob and olive trees on 2 high plateaux divided by a ravine; the championship standard course opened in October 2002 overlooks the Mediterranean with all but a few holes, enjoying superb sea views. There's double ended 350 metre practice range, also offering 4 target greens with accompanying bunkers. For those who only have time for a short practice round, there are 3 academy holes (1 Par3, and 2 Par4). On hand are 2 resident professional golf instructors.
Last but not least the 19th hole, a superb clubhouse with pro shop, restaurant and bar overlooking 18th hole.

Skiing
There is skiing available through the winter months eg Dec to Feb in the Troodos mountains.

Travel
Paphos International Airport is a 20 min taxi transfer journey. Larnaca is an hour and three quarters journey by car. Car hire is highly recommended if you want to get out & about and discover Paphos and its' surrounding areas.

Distances
Peyia village is 15 minutes walk. The Akamas, a nature reserve area, is a 15 min drive away where Turtle beach is. The Tomb of the Kings Heritage Site is a 10 min drive.
Car Hire is recommended to fully enjoy the location of this Villa, mid-way between the Coral Bay Resort and the Village of Peyia.
