The apartments main feature is the 7m x7m outdoor living area. with plenty of shaded areas.
Set in a quiet and peaceful area of traditional Peyia and within walking distance of Peyia village amenities, which offers many bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bakeries, banks, chemist, even a vets.

Furnished to a very high standard. The open plan living area comprises of lounge and dining area with a fitted kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa which converts to a comfortable double bed.
There is a Flat screen TV with local satellite, offering many English speaking channels, DVD player, and CD player, so remember to bring your favourite films and CDs.
The bathroom provides a bath with shower, towel rail, shelf, medicine cabinet and storage unit. Ample room for the ladies to store their toiletries.
Main bedroom - 4 poster king sized bed & Dressing table. Stunning sea views. Luxury mattress. Security safe.
Twin Bedroom - Beds can be easily moved side by side. Dressing table. Luxury mattresses.
Sofa bed - very comfortable double sofa bed.

The kitchen/lounge/ dining room leads out via 2 x patio doors onto a 7m x 7m large tiled sun terrace, with stunning panoramic sea views also over looking the pool area. Well Equipped with Rattan dining table with 6 cushioned chairs providing seating for 6 people, 4 chairs can be use from inside to make 10), 6 sun loungers, Rattan sofa, 2 parasols,arm chairs and coffee table for 6 people.
The sun terrace has sun all day, with large shaded area of 4m x 4m, leaving 33 m2 for sunbathing.

The apartment complex contains communal facilities that include a large outdoor swimming pool area, poolside showers, changing rooms, WCs, indoor showers, sauna, gym and landscaped gardens.
There is adequate car parking spaces at the property for guests.
There is a bus that runs to the beach and local shops in Coral Bay. Taxi is Euro 7.

The Paphos region


Paphos is a picturesque medieval port, with a lively seafront atmosphere. The promenade is the perfect place for a stroll in the warm sunshine and you will find many tavernas offering fresh fish and local cuisine to while away an afternoon whilst watching the boats and watersports around the harbour.
Paphos is considered an all year round holiday destination with over 335 days a year of sunshine. The long summer season is from May to October and temperatures can reach the high 30s(C) in July and August with nearly 11 hours of guaranteed sunshine each day.
Paphos is rich in ancient sites, including the House of Dioysos and the Villa of Theseus with beautiful mosaic floors, and the Tombs of the Kings. Other sites include an archaeological museum, the Byzantine Castle of Paphos, St. Paul's Pillar and the Temple of Aphrodite.
In addition to the wonderful choice of beaches and all year sunshine, Paphos offers so many things to do and see, from Water Parks to Go-Karting, Golf to Luxury Spas. There is something for all ages to enjoy.
Paphos offers shopping in the tourist beach promenade and the old town area of Kato Paphos has a wonderful old covered market area to browse around.
The Troodos Mountains are a manageable drive and a stunning day out. Skiing in winter.

Polis and Latchi are within half an hour and worth a visit, another well recommended harbour to dine at!
The Peyia / Peyia Village area
Peyia (sign posted Pegeia) is a traditional and thriving village with fantastic sea views and 5km /3 miles from the beautiful safe beaches of Coral Bay.
Peyia village is 14 km northwest of Paphos, is one of the most attractive and friendly villages in south-west Cyprus. It enjoys the advantages of both a quiet rural location, and glorious views of the sparkling Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside.
Peyia is ideally located in a moderately developed area of Paphos. Many local amenities and sports include cycling, tennis, horse riding, Golf, paragliding, go-karting, skiing, walking, fishing, swimming and a variety of beach activities.
Peyia has become a haven for british ex-pats, whilst retaining all of its original charm and still holds on to its strong cypriot values and ways of life.
Several family-run taverns and restaurants serve excellent fresh food at competitive prices. Some offer themed food evenings through out the week. Catch up on your emails in several bars with wifi.
Walking uphill to the local bars & restaurants takes approx 13 mins. At least its down hill on the way home!
The local village shops seem to be always open, the smell of fresh bread from the bakery and the meat cut to order at the local butchers, along with the abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables at the local supermarket compliments this wonderful way of life.

Had a wonderful stay in a wonderful apartment. The apartment has all the amenities you might need. The balcony/terrace was really nice. We dined outside every day. Also made use of the barbeque. (Tip: the Philipos supermarket in Coral Bay has some really good meat!) The apartment completely met our expectations. It is exactly as pictured in the photo's! (Therefore I did not add any photo's to this review, they would not add anything to the photo's that are already provided by the owner) It was also nice to have a pool right in front of your apartment. Since it was not busy in the complex, it almost felt like a private one! We hardly had to share it with others! Furthermore it was also great that we could park our rental car right in front of the apartment. There was also a map with a lot of information in the apartment. It contains information about supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities in the surroundings, but also information about tourist attractions and even a map of the surroundings, from which you can take one with you. All communication with the owner went very well. Got quick responses to our e-mails/questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone! |

This was our first family holiday to Cyprus, and we all loved every bit and are so pleased that we chose this apartment. The directions from the airport that Suzie had sent us were perfect even down to photos showing us where to turn off. The apartment is very modern, clean, spacious and extremely well equipped, and it had absolutely everything we could have needed. The huge terrace was brilliant, and the barbeque was a great added extra. The terrace overlooks the swimming pool which is lit up when the sun goes down and it was great to sit and watch the kids having fun in the evenings. Only a few of the other apartments were occupied, so the pool felt very much as if it were a private one most of the time! The complex itself is very well maintained with a cleaner in the communal areas every day, and the pool cleaned regularly too. We hired a car for the fortnight as we wanted to explore the island and took full advantage of getting out and about. We ate out most nights, and found all restaurants we visited were very friendly and welcoming, and we didn't have a dodgy meal anywhere. Special mention has to go to Coral King in Coral Bay where the food is lovely, average prices, but the service is second to none. All in all, a fantastic place to stay and will recommend it to everyone! |

This is a lovely new apartment with huge outdoor terrace (plenty of sunshine and shade). We enjoyed the pool which was always quiet and is right by the apartment. The local village Peyia is only a 15min walk away and has plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and banks. We used the beaches in nearby Coral Bay which is 10min drive in the daytime or a €10 cab ride for a night out - good mix of bars and restaurants. Friendly and efficient customer service. |

Hi Suzie , We've done the trip advisor review - all very positive. We had a fantastic time in the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a lovely apartment in a superb location. We've been raving about it so much that both sets of parents are very interested for next year! And we'll certainly be back at some point in the future too we hope.
We liked all the places in Peyia including Vrisi and the Jail for drinks (and the Rugby World Cup)and Le Grande for food. You need a drink after walking up the hill in that heat!
So useful to have a good supermarket in the village but we used the one in Coral Bay too.
We thought Corallia beach was the best of the local beaches and did a few evenings in Coral Bay - cab's now about €10 each way. Particularly liked Seriani, Zenta and we had a great Japanese meal in Wabi Sabi. The Saint George in Ag. Georgios was lovely for lunch - spectacular setting.

Just wanted to say thank you for renting out your lovely apartment to us, it is so well equipped and we wanted for nothing. We had an absolutely fabulous time and discovered some fantastic places and would love to go again, maybe next year! Wish we were still there in the lovely sunshine - (though it did rain one day for about 20 mins but at least it was still warm) we were greeted with rain & cold when we got back to Bristol... ggrrr.....

Had an absolutely fantastic stay in the apartment. We did not want for anything, the kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed as we ate in a lot. We visited with our 9 month old daughter and the apartment was perfect for her, especially the lovely terrace with its large shaded area. Very peaceful as only a handful of the other apartments were occupied during our stay. This was our third stay in Peyia and the apartment is very well situated, provided you have a car, to explore the west side of Cyprus. The communication with the owner Suzie has also been seamless and a pleasure to deal with. We hope to return at some point and will recommend you to friends and family without hesitation. The appartment has everything you need, but the weather was great so most of the time we spend outside.
The terrace was perfect for us, because we travelled with an eight month old baby. She was just learning to crawl and the fence made it very safe. And for us very relaxing in the evening, bbq, a complete sofaset and view on the pool.
The swimming pool was just a few steps away and felt like a private pool (because of the low season), also due to the quiet environment.
Large Supermarket 5 minutes drive, beach 10 minutes.
The contact by mail with the owner was good, we received everything we need (directions, things to do in the area, restaurants) on time.

We had a fabulous time - just the sort of break that we needed.
We left a few more brochures in the bottom draw - there's a new restaurant (Vrisi) next to the Taverne that also has a take-away/delivery service (some future guests may find it useful).
We did hire a car for part of the stay and James (our 13 yr old) had the best snorkelling at Agios Georgios,. The pool (or should I say pools) were fab - Charlotte (4) learnt to swim on and under the water - she amazed us by swimming a length during the first week.
I have to say that the apartment surpassed our expectations - spacious, well equipped and very comfortable.

Travelled to this apartment in August 2010. Had a lovely holiday, with the apartment being very clean and tidy and plenty big enough for the four of us. Large sun terrace with shade and a nice pool with lovely warm water. Ate in several nights and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils and the best bit was eating the meal on the sun terrace in the warm evenings. Weather was great as you would expect and travelling around in the car easy as they drive on the left and parking free in most places. Coral Bay only a ten minute drive away, although Coralia Bay (the next one along) was quieter with a lovely beach. Another superb beach was Laatchi, about a 45 min drive, the beach being very quiet and in a lovely spot. All in all a great holiday.

The living accommodation was extremely comfortable and plenty of space on the huge terrace for wining, dining and sunbathing overlooking the pool. We would certainly recommend this beautiful apartment.

Dear Suzie, We would like to say we had a wonderful stay at your apartment. It was a smashing week. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and for us in the perfect spot. We had three meals out local which was well within walking distance and plenty of choice and twice we ate in Coral Bay. We found the taxi fare to Coral Bay cheap especially when used by four. We hired a car for the week and used it every day, never finding a problem with the driving. There were supermarkets handy.

Once a booking is agreed we will send you a booking form to complete and sign and return to us together with the booking deposit within 10 days of original booking date. Once we receive the signed booking form and deposit the booking will then be validated.

Short Breaks will be subject to availability. Will consider short break if it only says Min stay 1 week.
