Furnished to a very high standard. The open plan living area comprises of lounge and dining area with a fitted kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa which converts to a comfortable double bed.
There is a Flat screen TV with local satellite, offering many English speaking channels, also Live UK TV with wifi. DVD player, and CD player, so remember to bring your favourite films and CDs. We also have a docking station for your Ipod/iphone etc.
A large selection of reading books for you to read at your leisure.
The bathroom provides a bath with shower, towel rail, shelf, medicine cabinet and storage unit. Ample room for the ladies to store their toiletries.
Main bedroom - 4 poster king sized bed & Dressing table. Stunning sea views. Security safe.
Twin Bedroom - Beds can be easily moved side by side. Dressing table. Luxury mattresses.
Sofa bed - Comfortable double sofa bed.
Both bedrooms have a large double built in wardrobe, complete with coat hangers and shelves.
2 x Patio doors, window in bathroom and 1 in each bedroom. Fitted with black out blinds to keep it cool.
Air-conditioning provided in the lounge/Kitchen/ dining area, and in both bedrooms. Heating option for those cooler winter evenings.
Hot water is provided from solar heating panels and can be topped up in periods of overcast weather or high consumption by a immersion heater.
Apartment is easily accessible for persons with walking difficulties, park your car right outside the front door, with 4 steps up to apartment.

The kitchen/lounge/ dining room leads out via 2 x patio doors onto a 7m x 7m large tiled sun terrace, with stunning panoramic sea views also over looking the pool area. Well Equipped with Rattan dining table with 6 cushioned chairs providing seating for 6 people, (4 chairs can be use from inside to make 10), 4 sun loungers, Rattan sofa, 2 parasols,arm chairs and coffee table for 6 people.
The sun terrace has sun all day, with large shaded area of 4m x 4m, leaving 33 m2 for sunbathing.
Barbecue - 3 burner Webber Outback gas BBQ.
Outdoor washing line available.
Towels are provided, but please bring your own pool/beach towels.
The apartment complex contains communal facilities that include a large outdoor swimming pool area, poolside showers, changing rooms, WCs, indoor showers, sauna, gym and landscaped gardens.
There is adequate car parking spaces at the property for guests.
There is a bus that runs to the beach and local shops in Coral Bay.

The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and beds made for your convenience.

The Paphos region
Paphos is a picturesque medieval port, with a lively seafront atmosphere. The promenade is the perfect place for a stroll in the warm sunshine and you will find many tavernas offering fresh fish and local cuisine to while away an afternoon whilst watching the boats and watersports around the harbour.
Paphos is considered an all year round holiday destination with over 335 days a year of sunshine. The long summer season is from May to October and temperatures can reach the high 30s(C) in July and August with nearly 11 hours of guaranteed sunshine each day.
Paphos is rich in ancient sites, including the House of Dioysos and the Villa of Theseus with beautiful mosaic floors, and the Tombs of the Kings. Other sites include an archaeological museum, the Byzantine Castle of Paphos, St. Paul's Pillar and the Temple of Aphrodite.
In addition to the wonderful choice of beaches and all year sunshine, Paphos offers so many things to do and see, from Water Parks to Go-Karting, Golf to Luxury Spas. There is something for all ages to enjoy.
Paphos offers shopping in the tourist beach promenade and the old town area of Kato Paphos has a wonderful old covered market area to browse around.
The Troodos Mountains are a manageable drive and a stunning day out. Skiing in winter.

Polis and Latchi are within half an hour and worth a visit, another well recommended harbour to dine at!
Peyia (sign posted Pegeia) is a traditional and thriving village with fantastic sea views and 5km /3 miles from the beautiful safe beaches of Coral Bay.
Peyia village is 14 km northwest of Paphos, is one of the most attractive and friendly villages in south-west Cyprus. It enjoys the advantages of both a quiet rural location, and glorious views of the sparkling Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside.
Peyia is ideally located in a moderately developed area of Paphos. Many local amenities and sports include cycling, tennis, horse riding, Golf, paragliding, go-karting, skiing, walking, fishing, swimming and a variety of beach activities.
Peyia has become a haven for british ex-pats, whilst retaining all of its original charm and still holds on to its strong cypriot values and ways of life.
Several family-run taverns and restaurants serve excellent fresh food at competitive prices. Some offer themed food evenings through out the week. Catch up on your emails in several bars with wifi.
Walking uphill to the local bars & restaurants takes approx 13 mins. At least its down hill on the way home!
The local village shops seem to be always open, the smell of fresh bread from the bakery and the meat cut to order at the local butchers, along with the abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables at the local supermarket compliments this wonderful way of life.

We rented this apartment for 2 weeks in july and we loved it. There was 6 of us and there was plenty of room. What attracted us to this apartment was the size of the veranda and we weren't disappointed! We sat out on the seating area under the pergola every night watching the lights from paphos. The pool felt like our own too. We will hopefully be back!

"A really wonderful relaxing holiday with everything you need in apartment"
We stayed in the apartment for 4 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The apartment was clean and spacious and we able to cook good meals during our stay. The sea views were lovely and the surrounding area very peaceful and quiet which was great for a relaxing holiday. The terrace was great with comfortable furniture and parasols.
Were able to get into pool when weather warmed up half way through the holiday and really enjoyed it, it was kept nice and clean. In fact it felt like your own pool as it was so quiet.
It is a long upward walk to Peyia village (which has an excellent supermarket and bakery) and though we did walk on quite a few occasions we hired a car for the last 2 weeks which we recommend everyone to do. However we did make good use of the local buses and for only 1euro each were able to get to Coral Bay, Paphos and other lovely regions. The apartment is situated within easy reach of many tourist attractions and driving is easy as same side as GB.
We would highly recommend this apartment and Suzie the owner was extremely efficient and helpful throughout the booking process ensuring all queries were answered immediatley.

"Beautiful terrace and nice apartment"
Very clean, well-furnished apartment with a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea in the distance. There was lots of helpful assistance (books, pamphlets, maps, etc.) in the apartment to help us get around. The owner was very helpful with leaving us a cot for our 3-month-old infant and the other buildings around the complex are very nice. It was too cold to use the pool in Feb. but it looked great to use at other times. Communication was all very clear--including a welcome packet with good directions. We were able to cook full meals in the kitchen and do laundry (very helpful with an infant!).
The apartment was a bit cold at night in February. There were heaters provided that did help, but we were chilly at night sometimes. The mattresses are described as "luxury" but really are standard (at best).
Definitely rent a car for your time at this property--it would be a bit of a walk (uphill and down) to get to shops and lug groceries, etc.

"peace and perfection"
beautiful apartment with everything you could ever need, only a short walk into the village and the tasty food at peyia tavern (well worth a visit), wifi is pretty much available in every bar and resturaunt we visited.
booked this apartment one day before we were due to travel and the owner was very accomodating and managed to arrange everything for us, excellent service and excellent apartment, huge terrace area great for bbq's and relaxing evenings, the pool was always clean, many mornings the maintantce guy was ther checking it.
we had a car and it was a great base for travelling round the local area, lots of information in the apartment on things to do and see, all in all really enjoyable vacation!!

"hot times in cyprus"
we like the apartment very much, 2 bedrooms, well furnished, sofa bed in living room, kitchen well equipped, large shaded veranda and a lovely shared pool. its in a nice well kept complex but feels like you are in your own space. very handy for coral bay and paphos is a 30 min drive away. we will go back at a cooler time of year as august was very hot!

"Everything you need and more"
Me and my husband have been coming to Cyprus for the past 30 years and I have to say that this is one of the best we have had pleasure to stay in, so THANK YOU.
This was the first time for our friends and they were also imprested.
Very good, very quiet.
You do need transport and we were told of this so 10/10 for that.
Very central to everything.
The only thing I can say that I don't like is when going out for dinner you seem to get English food rather than Cypriot and that has nothing to do with ware we stayed that is Cyprus.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Suzie, the owner, is extremely responsive and very accommodating.
The apartment itself is spacious, very clean, and well furnished. The complex is close to the center of town where you can buy anything you need. While the town is within walking distance, we felt it was much better to have a car (we did)........as walking in the heat is not too exhausting. The pool locating in front the apartment felt like it was our private pool....the complex seems new and well kept. WIFI is available for a fee but we always checked our mail when we went out to a restaurant or a bar (free WIFI)
We would absolutely go back!

Had a wonderful stay in a wonderful apartment. The apartment has all the amenities you might need. The balcony/terrace was really nice. We dined outside every day. Also made use of the barbeque. (Tip: the Philipos supermarket in Coral Bay has some really good meat!)
The apartment completely met our expectations. It is exactly as pictured in the photo's! (Therefore I did not add any photo's to this review, they would not add anything to the photo's that are already provided by the owner)
It was also nice to have a pool right in front of your apartment. Since it was not busy in the complex, it almost felt like a private one! We hardly had to share it with others!
Furthermore it was also great that we could park our rental car right in front of the apartment.
There was also a map with a lot of information in the apartment. It contains information about supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities in the surroundings, but also information about tourist attractions and even a map of the surroundings, from which you can take one with you.
All communication with the owner went very well. Got quick responses to our e-mails/questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone!
