We have two luxury apartments which are next door to each other so give flexible accommodation options depending on the size of the group.
Paschali hills is a brand new stylish luxury development completed in April 2010 with its panoramic sea views, beautiful landscaped gardens and a view overlooking the outdoor pool area and sea views. This stylish property is set in Peyia and within walking distance of Peyia village amenities, which offers many bars, tavernas, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bakeries, banks and a local chemist.
The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and will appeal to a couple, a family, a group of friends, or a couple with a baby or small children. We provide in the apartment a travel cot and a high chair at no extra cost unlike other apartments where you have to go and hire your own at an extra cost to you. If you are looking for a high quality self catering accommodation, with stunning panoramic sea views for those of you who want to just chill and relax with the many facilities available to use. This is the perfect place for the ideal holiday in Cyprus.
For those wanting the more lively holiday, why not visit the golden sandy beaches of Coral Bay, just 5 minutes drive, with its award winning 'blue flag beaches'. There you will find a wide range of water sports by day also many boat trips and any other trips you wish to book. It also as very lively atmosphere by night with its many restaurants and bars.
Paphos town and harbour is a great place to visit, just a 15 minute drive with its many shops, restaurants and bars. Here you will find plenty of historical sites of interest to visit and a good selection of activities including the beach, diving, water sports and many boat trips and other trips you wish to book.
Driving in Cyprus is no different to driving in the UK as they drive on the same side. Therefore, it is easy to get around and explore the beautiful sites that Cyprus has to offer. For those keen to explore you can follow the many routes ideal for walking or mountain biking, or for those who wish to venture further afield why not visit and take in the breath taking views of the Troodos Mountains or visit the wonderful challenging golf course at Secret Valley.

Furnished to a very high standard creating a feeling of home from home giving you everything that you need for a wonderful holiday. Furnished throughout with quality wood furniture and co-ordinated accessories.
The open plan living area comprises of lounge and dining area with a fitted kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. There is drinking water on tap and all appliances needed to cater for indoor or alfresco dining out on the sun terrace. The property has large fitted wardrobes and cupboards with ample storage and key safe for valuables.
The modern bathroom offers a relaxing bath with a refreshing shower, the luxurious sofa in the spacious living area converts into a large double sofa bed ideal for adults or children. There is also a double bed with bedside cabinets. The apartment has been furnished to accommodate 4 adults or a family, also a couple with a baby, as travel cot and high chair provided. There is also an LCD TV with local satellite, offering around 30 English speaking channels, WIFI, DVD player, and CD player so remember to bring your favourite films and CDs. Apartment also has full airconditioning plus added bonus of ceiling fans real nice apartments with lots of extras to make your stay very special.
There is also a local DVD shop to rent your DVDs from in the traditional village of Peyia which is a short 5 minute walk. There are also many take away food delivery services you can use, or even visit one of the village tavernas or restaurants. Information packs and maps will be provided.

The lounge leads out via patio doors onto a beautiful large sun terrace with stunning panoramic sea views also over looking the pool area. Equipped with patio table and chairs providing seating for 4 people, as well as sun loungers and ratner out door furniture for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine.
There are sun loungers for use on the large sun terrace, Towels, linen and bedding are provided. Beach towels are also provided and can be used around the pool area, this will give you more packing allowance in your suit case for those extra items or clothes you wish to take with you.
The apartment complex contains communal facilities that include a large outdoor swimming pool area, poolside showers, changing rooms, WCs, indoor showers, sauna, gym and landscaped gardens. There is also adequate car parking spaces at the property for guests. There is a bus that runs frequently to the beach and local shops in Coral Bay, also a very reliable local taxi service available.
The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and beds made for your convenience. Spare bedding, towels and cleaning materials are provided. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for a small charge.

Car hire can be arranged. You will be met at the airport and taken back to the property, saving you money on airport transfers with the luxury to explore the beautiful sites that Cyprus has to offer. Driving in Cyprus is no different to the UK they drive on the same side.

We provide a meet and great service, where keys will be handed to you in person and an overview of the apartment given. We supply you with a booklet to explain everything you need to know whilst staying at the apartment (e.g) how to work things in the apartment, emergency contacts, places to visit etc.
A mid week clean can be arranged for (25 euros) including change of towels / bedding and cleanig of the bathroom.
A welcome pack can be arranged to suit your requirements which can be paid for on arrival or in with booking fee (enquire with owner).

The beautiful Paphos district is formed from many villages along the west coast of Cyprus. For the golf enthusiasts you can choose from 3 very respected golf courses which include the famous 5 star Aphrodites Hills course and Secret Valley, both just 10 minutes outside of central Paphos.
The centre of Paphos town is divided between the newly regenerated Kato Paphos tourist harbour area, lined with chic street cafes, fresh sea food restaurants and shopping by day and lively bars and night clubs at night down the famous Bar Street.
The Peyia / Peyia Village area
Set up on a gently sloping hillside, Peyia is a quiet, traditional village overlooking Coral bay. The village retains much of its traditional stone Greek village houses and little winding streets with a very pretty stone built church and a good selection of shops at the centre including banks, doctors, fishmongers, etc. It also offers a good selection of lovely traditional tavernas where you can try the local fish or meat meze, there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets and fantastic bakeries.
Peyia is a peaceful village which has become a haven for british ex-pats, whilst retaining all of its original charm and still holds on to its strong cypriot values and ways of life.
Here you can eat at the popular restaurants, including the Peyia Tavern, Savvas Grill and Sophie's, which offer themed food evenings throughout the week .

First of all — balcony has stunning panoramic view — one of the best in Pegia. Balcony has full day shadow from the roof — it is "have to" be on Cyprus. We spent 2 months with 3 children's in 2011 in both apartments and very like our stay. 2 separate apartments was suitable for us with 4-7 years children's — we are always near but have our own area. Building is very safe — at departure we forgot baby chair for car in communal corridor, behind the door. And found it not touched after one year when we came on next year)) Residents was very positive and open for children's. All that you need is in the apartment. It is compact but lovely) To rent this 2 apartments together from the owner is cheaper when most other big family apartments. |

1.Poor contact with owner (mail, phone) 2.Distance from apartment to beach was 55 minutes walk (owner sayed that was 15 minutes). 3. The owner didn't return us all deposit- he reduce deposit to bank fee. I payed Him for stay and I must pay bank fee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Response: Response to point (1) As for poor contact with owner this was not the case! I asked the guest to email me instead of by phone due to a language barrier. The guest sent constant emails 1 after another, I replied to all emails with in 1 day some times 2 or 3 depending on how importnat the email was due to the high demand of emails I have to respond to. Reponse to point (2) As for taking 55 minutes to walk to the Beach I dont know what route this guest had taken. My parents and thier friends stay at this apartment regular all of them 60+years of age they some times walk to the Beach. My partner and myself and all our friends stay at the apartment regular we have all walked to the Beach. Response to point (3) I returned the full security deposit also a 10% discount due to the guest not being happy and complaining about everything. There was a £20 fee which was charged to the guest, this was due to the way they wanted to be refunded. There was a Transfer fee from the bank, this would not have happened if they had received the funds another way. All past guests have been happy and loved the apartment and area, some have even re-booked with us the following year. We have even had guests stay who say they have stayed with us because we have been recomended by thier friends who have stayed with us. We run a honest and succesful holiday letting business with many happy guests and realise that we can not always please every individual. |
