This second floor, two-bed, two bath apartment (sleeps 4) nestles in a small development in the foothills of Peyia. Furnished and equipped to a high standard, this home-from-home is a 15 minute walk up the hill to local shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest restaurant, bakery,ATM and two supermarkets are a stones throw away.
Patio doors from both lounge and the master bedroom lead to the main terrace which has a table and chairs for that essential sundowner and al fresco eating with an uninterrupted view of sunset and sea. The second bedroom, with a double bed, has its own balcony overlooking the hills. Salacia Gardens has a lift as well as stairs for access, a communal swimming pool and shade parking under the apartment block.
The apartment has air conditioning/heating, ceiling fans, black out blinds and fly screens throughout. Internet access WiFi has been installed.

The light and airy lounge/diner is furnished for relaxation with comfortable seating for five, coffee tables, uplighter, blackout blinds, ceiling fans, fly screens and large patio doors to the main balcony. With a dining table and six chairs, it is decorated to a high standard. A TV with Sky Freeview satellite, CD player and DVD player complete the facilities. The patio doors lead to the balcony which has outstanding views of the sea and is equipped with an awning, table, and six chairs, ideal for watching the sunset.
The first bedroom has a double bed, ample fitted wardrobes with hairdryer and built-in safe, dressing table with stool and mirror, full length mirror, bedside tables with lamps, ceiling fan, blackout blinds, fly screens and patios doors leading onto the balcony with its sea view. The en-suite bathoom has a bath/shower, sink with vanity unit ,WC, window with flyscreen and is fully tiled . The second bedroom also has a double bed, ample fitted wardrobes, dressing table with stool and mirror, bedside tables with lamps, ceiling fan, blackout blinds, flyscreens and patio doors to its own balcony looking up to the hills with a table and two chairs. The shower room is fully tiled and equipped with a shower, sink, WC and window with flyscreen. Kitchen facilities include washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, clothes dryer, iron, window with flyscreen and blind and a wide range of utensils, crockery and cutlery. A water pump has been fitted to ensure good pressure showers. A Welcome Pack awaits and towels, beach towels and linen are provided, the fee including the final clean and laundry. Once the apartment has been prepared for your arrival, the keys are placed in a Key Safe next to the front door which is accessed by a PIN code allowing immediate access regardless of time of arrival.
Conditions
Discounts applies for booking 2 or more weeks and long lets are welcomed. Please contact us for a quote and provisonally reserve your holiday dates. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total, payment of which is due six weeks before the commencement date of your holiday. A refundable deposit of £50 is payable with the final payment. This will be refunded to you after your holiday provided the key is returned and there is no damage.

The fees include a Welcome Pack, all utility charges, WiFi Internet access and the final clean. The Welcome Pack is a range of groceries to start your holiday off, with your choice of a bottle of red or white wine or Keo lagers. The utilities are all electricity and water fees and the final clean and laundering of linen and towels after your departure means you can make the most of your last day. The refundable key deposit of £50 will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure provided there is no damage and the key has been left in the key safe. Cancellation Policy - within 12 weeks 50% within 9 weeks 75% within 6 weeks 100% is payable. Bookings not accepted within two weeks of start of holiday.
