Entrance to open plan fully-equipped kitchen including a washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster and usual dining facilities.

Living /dining area - with a leather double sofa bed and dining table with 4 chairs. Includes a satellite TV and dvd and music/cd player. Leads to a balcony with table and 4 chairs overlooking the swimming pool with sunset views to the hills.

One double bedded room and bathroom with wash basin and w/c with bath (with shower attachments)

The villa is fully air conditioned. All rooms also have ceiling fans - there is not internet/wifi available in the apartment

Note: This apartment can sleep 4 by utilizing the sofa bed (by arrangement)

The Peyia area

This development is a peaceful and tranquil environment within the charm of village living in Cyprus. Peyia (Pegeia) is about 15km away from Paphos Town and just 3km away from Coral Bay. This is a sought after holiday location set in the hills behind the very popular Coral Bay. Although the village offers a few tavernas, restaurants and bars, it has not been totally invaded by tourism and offers village living, yet close to all the amenities.

The island is well served with both schedule,charter and holiday carriers to both Larnaca and Paphos airports (a new larger terminal in Paphos opened in November 2008).

Paphos is the nearest airport to all properties from between 20 to 45 minutes depending upon the property. Flights into Larnaca would add a bit longer to your journey time - probably around 1hour 15 minutes, depending on time of day.
