The array of local restaurants offer everything from Italian to Japanese; pub grub to bistro, most of which are detailed in our guestbook. For nightlife and shopping, guests have the choice of Coral Bay (4 or 5 minute drive) or the lively town of Paphos (10 to 15 minute drive).

The spacious two bedroom apartment has two large leather sofas in the living room, one a sofa bed, with a huge flat screen television and DVD player, providing guests with cable channels. It is superbly equipped, including the kitchen area off the open-plan living room. All linen and towels are provided. There is air-conditioning throughout the apartment and beautiful, cool, ceramic floors. The bath with a powerful shower is just another luxury for guests to relax and enjoy.
With its private south-facing balcony, overlooking the swimming pool and lush gardens, the apartment gets all day sunshine, and comes equipped with sun loungers for those wishing to top up their tan in privacy. Shade is provided by a covered pergola, if desired. For Al fresco dining in the evening there is also a large table and 6 chairs.
Beach towels can be provided on request.

The apartment is part of the exclusive Riverside residential complex, located away from the bustle of the main resort of Coral Bay, yet only a couple of minutes walk from the excellent array of shops. The building is situated in beautiful, well-maintained gardens, with a swimming pool, children’s pool, small gym, changing room and a large sunbathing area.
Peyia is mild in winter and cooled by sea-breezes in summer. It is an ideal location for those looking for a relaxing break, with everything you need within reach, beaches nearby, paths for walking, and a very friendly atmosphere.
The Paphos region
Paphos centre is easily accessible by bus or a short drive of 10/15 mins. It boasts a beautiful ancient harbour with vibrant restaurants,bars and promenade shopping area. This is an ideal spot to sit and watch the world go by.
This sizeable historic town has shops, restaurants, tavernas, coffee shops, night-clubs and places of interest to suit all tastes. Well worth an exploratory stroll. There is extensive tourist information available in the apartment including recommendations for restaurants etc.
The Peyia / Peyia Village area
Peyia and Coral Bay
Peyia is a charming typical old style Cypriot village which is only a short walk away or 2 mins. in the car. An old church sits in the square and there are typical narrow streets with friendly locals and a relaxed atmosphere. Many tavernas and friendly local bars provide the hospitality and craic required close at hand.
Butchers, pharmacy, banks, supermarkets, bakeries and many other shops are available for all your requirements within easy reach.
Coral Bay is about 4/5 mins. drive away and is a very lively tourist area with tavernas,restaurants,bars,shops and night life. Just beyond lies one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus with its horseshoe bay, golden sands, beach bars, safe bathing area, water sports, sun loungers and parasols.
Situated about 10 kms. west of Coral Bay a fishing village with a quaint Greek Chapel, taverna and an archaeological site. This is an excellent location to sit over a drink and watch the boats, the view and the sun disappearing into the sea. The Akamas peninsula lies to the west and the view of the coastline from the taverna has to be seen to be believed.

The closest airport is Paphos Airport 25/30 mins. drive. Cars can be easily hired at the airport and taxis are readly available.
Many airlines fly from the UK to Paphos Airport:
Larnaca offers an alternative airport although 1.5 hours drive.
Specific directions to Peyia and the apartment are fairly straight forward and will be given over the phone.
Transfers to and from the airports can be arranged.

We Had a Fantastic two week stay in this lovely appartment.the appartment was well maintained and everything you would need was to hand.a lovely bakers and shops within walking distance.nice relaxing views from the large balcony.and the weather was Hot Hot Hot.A credit to Mr Gibson who was more than helpful with his local knowledge and also his flexability with the booking.We look forward to returning.overall 1st class.Many Many Thanks.

We love this place so much we have booked it again. In a great location, very peaceful. Near by bakery a god send. Great base for visiting the beach the marina at paphos as well as a good walking distance to the centre of peyia. Owners very helpful and gave a detail pack of the area. Weather for this time of the year was warm, not to hot. Very very enjoyable over all. Loved the huge balcony very spacious.

We spent three lovely weeks in October.The weather was superb with average temperatures of 28 C. The large balcony was perfect for all our meals in the apt. with the BBQ proving a welcome extra. The apt. is beautifully furnished and well equiped, we wanted for nothing.
We walked, cycled and found lovely places to swim and watch the sun set. We found many areas of interest to explore and enjoyed our time relaxing. The area was busy and many restaurants were vibrant and produced good food.
