Apartment Orange Tree is located on a small development of just 22 apartments in the popular and very pretty village of Peyia, a lovely traditional village on a gently sloped hillside overlooking Coral Bay.
This bright spacious one bedroom apartment has been stylishly furnished for a very comfortable self catering holiday for up to four guests. The large open plan lounge dining area has two large comfortable sofas one of which is a good quality spring action sofa bed, coffee table, Wi-Fi Local satellite and LCD TV/ DVD. The fully equipped kitchen is self contained and there is a large bright bedroom with double wardrobe storage and a very modern family bathroom with bath and over shower.
Guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool or go to the famous sandy Coral Bay and Lara Beaches which are just a five minute drive. The Paphos region


The area is very beautiful with many activities on offer. Cyprus is rich in history and has many historical sites to see, most especially in the Paphos area with huge sites to walk around to view Mosaics, Ancient Ruins, Tombs of the Kings and many lovely Churches and old stone buildings.
Cyprus is the eastern-most island in the Mediterranean. Indeed its situation is as much Middle Eastern as Mediterraean, giving it an extremely mild climate, although it is possible to find snow and skiing in the Troodos Mountains in January / February if you wish. In the low lying, coastal areas, temperatures don't drop below 10c even in mid-winter.
One of the most notable things about Cyprus is the way in which its warm climate is mirrored in the attitude of its people as they offer visitors a genuine welcome and easy friendship. Spring and Summer temperatures are 30 - 40+ degrees centigrade (May - October) with April and November in the mid - high 20s.
Pafos was once the capital of Cyprus, far back in its' history - Pafos houses many of the archaeological wonders of the Republic of Cyprus, such as the Tombs of the Kings, the Mosaics and the Birthplace and Sanctuary of Aphrodite, as well as the Sanctuary of Apollon Hylatis. For this reason Pafos is often called "the Playground of the Gods". It is so much like an "open museum" that UNESCO added the whole town to its World Cultural Heritage list.
Much of the low lying areas of Pafos are cultivated with banana plantations, backed by the foothills of the western Troodos range. North of Pafos itself can be found the beautiful Akamas Peninsula, with its nature trails and incredible scenery of breathtaking gorges and coastlines. Polis is the nearest resort town to this with a beautiful bay of its own and the nearby fishing village of Latsi also provides a good base for walking and nature breaks.
The Peyia / Peyia Village area
The apartments are a twenty minute drive from the town of Paphos and less than a five minute drive to the famous sandy beach of Coral Bay, yet you can walk to the local village of Peyeia which offers all the restaurants, food shops, banks and other shopping facilities that a good sized town should offer with easy parking.
Every form of sea born fun is available with boat trips, parascending, diving, water skiing, motor and speed boat hire etc. Excellent restaurants, bars, Tavernas and hotels offering local inexpensive fare. If you prefer high quality international cuisine you can choose from Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Taiwanese and many other choices.
You can snow ski in winter in the morning and be sunning yourself on the beach in the afternoon with a gentle stroll to the village taverna for supper in the evening. Everything is freshly cooked and almost all food is locally grown and caught.
Car hire is cheap and plentiful, you can hire bicycles, motor bikes, motor trikes, off road quads and many four wheel drive vehicles are available with air con.
The shopping is luxurious with plenty of jewellery, lots of clothes, shoes and especially leather goods. You can have a complete leather outfit or coat made to measure in just two to three days, plenty of time to take the items home. Always ask what the best price is for items you purchase as they will generously discount if asked. Tipping is similar to the UK, if you are happy tip, if you're not happy, please tell the proprietor and you will get an instant apology and offer to put things right. The Cypriots are really lovely people who will welcome friendly, well behaved visitors who do their best to mix and enjoy themselves.

I have just returned from a week at Apartment Orange Tree and we had a fantastic time. The location was perfect for a relaxing break in the sun. We walked into the village centre for supper several times and there is a great choice of local restaurants, we loved the Peyeia tavern particularly. The apartment is beautifully furnished with everything you need and the sea views were lovely to sit and enjoy from either the roof terrace or lower balcony.
We will definatley be staying again!

Great apartment in a great location and Peyia is a very pretty village with everything you need. We had a fantastic time and the apartment was all that we could have asked for and a lot more! This was our first trip to Cyprus and after this stay it won’t be our last. All of the local restaurants are good but try Vrissi and the little bar next door is great for a drink.

Fantastic apartment with great sea views, the weather was amazing and as this is our first time to Cyprus we couldn’t have asked for more from our holiday. Coral Bay beach is a must visit the sea is clear and warm and we recommend the Peyia Tavern Meze
