About the home

This recently completed two bedroom first floor apartment will sleep 4 people. The master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with an additional family bathroom. All rooms are comfortably furnished with air conditioning and ceiling fans.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and have shutters to the outside and internal colour coordinated blinds.

The apartment has a large balcony which affords fantastic views stretching from Coral Bay to Paphos and overlooks the communal pool with all pool facilities. An ideal place to enjoy your breakfast in the morning or dinner in the evening watching the fantastic sun sets.

The lounge area is equipped with TV & DVD a sofa bed and two armchairs. The dining area has seating for 6 people.

It makes a perfect base in order to enjoy whatever holiday experience you are looking for; relaxing by the pool or sea; the night life offered by the Coral Bay and Tomb of the Kings areas; golfing; mountain biking; diving; typically Cypriot tavernas etc. The list is endless.

The apartment is cared for by a professional Property Management team who ensure that it is maintained to a high standard. They are available for advice or to deal with any problems from initial enquiry to the return of your security deposit.

The Paphos region

Paphos is a delightfully breezy town. Here you can combine both culture and entertainment. Here you will find some of Cyprus' most stunning archaeological gems, such as it's Roman mosaics and Tomb of the Kings. Bananas grow in profusion along the south western coast, yet the Akamas Peninsula is one of the islands last unspoilt wildernesses and home to flora and fauna species found only on Cyprus.

Villages, untouched by time, litter the valleys and the vast Paphos Forest melts into the tracts of the Tyllirian wilderness in the north of the region

The Peyia area

Peyia is within 40 minutes drive of three golf courses. Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills and Tsada/Minthis Hills - a golfers heaven.

For the children (or young at heart) Aphrodite Waterpark in Paphos is about a 20 minute drive or a free bus service from Paphos. A truly fun day out for all the family.

A 20 minute drive takes you to the picturesque harbour at Latchi where you can laze on the beach, sit in one of the infamour fish restauratns watching the world go by, enjoy some water sports, or, as many people do, take a boat trip out to the aptly named Blue Lagoon and enjoy a refreshing swim or snorkel in the crystal clear waters of the Med. You may be lucky and be follwed by playful dolphins!

Wherever you go make sure you have slapped on the sun tan lotion, got a hat and plenty of water. It's hot!
