About the home

New luxury apartment for rental in Peyia in Southern Cyprus. This apartment has two bedrooms, comprising of one double bedroom with patio doors leading onto the balcony,and one twin room, family bathroom, and is comfortable for a family of four. This is a spacious apartment with beautiful views of the hills from the spacious balcony, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. The kitchen as all the mod cons you will need for a self contained apartment. Dining room leads into the lounge with all modern facilities including a plasma flatscreen TV with DVD. The apartment is air conditioned in both bedrooms and lounge.

The complex itself has a shared outdoor pool with showers, a hot tub. Heated indoor pool,plunge pool with water fall, sauna, jacuzzi, gymasium, changing facilities, showers and toilets.

Peyia is situated in an ideal location for easy excess to a variety of holiday activities, some of the best views
and sunsets in Paphos.
Peyia village is a short walk away from the apartment and retains much of the culture,the town square is the heart of Peyia with an old church, retaurants and shops, banks,cafes, and is a place where regular celebrations are held.
Peyia covers a large area which includes the popular beaches of Coral Bay, Coralia Beach, the Sea Caves and Staint Georges.
Enjoy a walk and a picnic in Peyia forest which is found in the hills above the north of the village.
Peyia is the gateway to the Akamas peninsular, and as area of outstanding natural beauty.

Internal decoration is to a very high standard and incorporates all the modern facilities required for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This two bedroom apartment boats glorious panoramic rural views of the hills from the lounge and sea view from the kitchen window. The lounge and dining area has a TV, DVD, station for IPod, CD, Radio all for a relaxing evening. The lounge is spacious and comfortable to ensure you fully unwind and relax. There are a number of Cyprus tourist guides and brochures situated in the lounge area to help you make most of your stay in Cyprus if you have not visited this beautiful Island before.

The Master bedroom has large fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, dressing table and hair dryer which leads to a spacious balcony furnished with rattan table and chairs, dining for six people, with glorious views of the surrounding hills, perfect for relaxation with a glass of local sparkling wine.

The twin bedroom comprises of two single beds, bedside cabinets, dressing table and large wardrobes.

Family bathroom

Externally the apartment features shared outside pool. with hot tub, heated pool and plunge pool inside, sauna, jacuzzi, gymnasium, play room, complete with male /female changing facilities, showers and toilets.

Sun loungers,for around the pool, under shaded canopy, there are table and chairs.

Vanessa complex is nestled in the lower part of Peyia ten minutes walk to Peyia Village.

The complex is landscaped with flowers, trees and palms.There is a shared outside pool, with showers, hot tub, two inside pools one heated, sauna, jacuzzi, gymnasium, playroom, complete with male/female changing facilities, shower and toilets.

Allocation parking space

The complex has plenty of lights at night to light up the pool area, with flowers trees and palms throughout, there are wooden archways which makes the complex a delight to be in day and night.

Conditions

Deposits and Booking.

A non refundable deposit of £100 will be required for letting at the tiime of your booking.

The full balance is required 10 weeks before the arrival date of your stay. A full refundable bond of £100 for security and any breakages is also required, this must be paid with your full balance 10 weeks prior to your arrival. This will be retuned to you after your departure date once the apartment has been inspected by the management.

The Paphos region

Paphos has a great deal to offer families and couples alike, been 20 minutes drive from Peyia, Paphos is a picturesque mediaval port, with lively seafront atmosphere. Paphos has plenty of bars, discos, and traditional tavernas to enjoy and some charming cafe's. Further inland the town slopes up hill where you can stroll through narrow lanes to browse boutiques and craft shops.

Archaeolgical Museum, attractive collection of Cypriot antiquities from the Paphos area, dating from Neolithic Age to 1700AD.

Charming harbourside town of Paphos, has combined historical treasures and is truly beautiful with miles of rugged coastline, sandy beaches, secret coves, aquamarine water and brilliant sunshine.

Paphos Odeon-Kato Paphos. A small 2nd century Odeon, built entirely of well-henn limesstone blocks which are now used in the summer for musical and theatrical performances

Access has never been easier Paphos International Airport based South of the island and has recently been extended to allow greater capacity.

Away from the tourist areas the Cyprus countryside has a diverse wealth all of its own, including traditional villages, vineyards and wineries, tiny fresco-painted churches, remote monasteries and cool shady forest.

The Peyia / Peyia Village area

Peyia village is a short walk away from the apartment and retains much of its culture, with an excellent range of tavernas serving local and international cuisine, where you can enjoy a traditional Meze. Try the "Jail Pub" (which was actually an old jail) or the posh wine bar, "The Mill". and the Grand.

You can drive further up the coast to Lara Bay where you will find a famous fish restaurant or visit the renowned " Last Castle of Viklari" where booking is advisable.

Coral Bay Water Sports Centre offers a full range of sports including Scuba Diving, Snorkelling, Water and Jet-Ski. The water is warm and shallow and safe for swimming and has excellent sandy beaches. Coral Bay has a variety of quaint cafes, tavernas, music bars, cocktail bars and good restaurants.

Thank you both for a wonderful holiday! All four of us utterly enjoyed ourselves.
Directions from the airport were spot on. Apartment was fabulous, we could't of asked for more. We
explored a lot of the Island but always made sure we left enough time for a dip in the pool each
day. We talked about coming again next year but for a week longer next time!

We had a great couple of weeks, locally we have particulary enjoyed visiting the Arakas Gorge to spend a bracing day trip on a Schooner fro Paphos. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped and makes a great base for exploring the Island.

Thank you for letting my family and I rent your apartment. I really liked the rooms especially the lights with the fans on them, because you can turn off the light when you are in bed. I like using the ice - lolly maker. I had
great fun playing pool in the Jail pub, I really liked the swimming pool.

Maps were very usefull and we found the apartment without a hitch from Paphos airport at 3am. Apartment was very clean, modern, well equipped and in a nice location to the shops and restaurants of Peyia itself. Pool very large,plunge pool and indoor pool,very clean & tidy. The sauna was great.
Locally we tried:
Sav vas - good sevice and food was pleasant. A 2 course meal for 3 with one bottle of wine cost us 70 euro. we went there twice.
The Grande - Good service and food. A 2 course meal for 3 with drinks cost us 45 euro. (no wine). We went there twice. Internet available at 2 euro an hour.
Hobo's in Paphos harbour was also good and you get a 30% off your next visit voucher each time you go which made it very good vaue.
Did the Tiger Boat trip twice. Nick the owner/driver was very good and made the trip great fun.
Hired our own speed boat for an hour from Chis's on the harbour front for 60 euro.
Georges Ranch for horse riding. 30 euro each for about an hour. Don't be put off by the dilapidated exterior
of the entrance. The staff were all friendly the horses well cared for and we had great ride out.

Thank you so much ! We came to Cyprus for two weeks to get married, and what a wonderful start to the holiday coming into the apartment. It is a real home from home and has everything you can possibly need. What a lovely place Peyia is, we had lots of fun in the 'Grange ' restaurant and the Brewery Bar.
We had our wedding reception at Vardas on the beach in Kissongera and the food was out of this world best Meze in Cyprus. We will certainly be back and will recommend the apartment to our friends & family
