New luxury apartment for rental in Peyia in Southern Cyprus. This apartment has two bedrooms, comprising of one double bedroom and one twin room and is comfortable for a family of four. This is a spacious apartment with beautiful views of the hills from the spacious balcony, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. The apartment has all modern facilities including a plasma flatscreen TV with DVD and the lounge and bedrooms are air conditioned.

The complex itself has a shared outdoor pool with showers, a hot tub, two inside pools one that is heated, sauna, jacuzzi, gymasium, lounge for relaxation, changing facilities, showers and toilets.

Peyia is situated in an ideal location for easy excess to a variety of holiday activities.

The town of Polis is set on the shores of Chrysochous Bay , ten minutes drive brings you to Latchi,
Akaamas Peninsula a unique area of flora and fauna,there are 530 plant species.
Lara Bay, sandy beaches has restriction to protect the nesting Green and Loggerhead Turtle from extinction.
Coral Bay, undoublebly one of the most tranquil and Idyllic area in Cyprus, timeless beauty of this magical Bay.
Mount Olympus at the summit of the Troodos Mountains is traditionally known as Chionistra 'the snowy one' and in winter it is covered in snow boarding season, up to 3 meters deep. There is a brief but vigorous skiing and snow boarding season from December to March.

The Paphos District

Paphos has a great deal to offer families and couples alike, been 20 minutes drive from Peyia, Paphos is a picturesque mediaval port, with lively seafront atmosphere. Paphos has plenty of bars, discos, and traditional tavernas to enjoy and some charming cafe's. Further inland the town slopes up hill where you can stroll through narrow lanes to browse boutiques and craft shops.

Archaeolgical Museum, attractive collection of Cypriot antiquities from the Paphos area, dating from Neolithic Age to 1700AD.

Paphos Aquarium, mysterious under water world to experience life in the fascination realms of the deep sea.

Charming harbourside town of Paphos, has combined historical treasures and is truly beautiful with miles of rugged coastline, sandy beaches, secret coves, aquamarine water and 320 days a year of brilliant sunshine.

Paphos Odeon-Kato Paphos. A small 2nd century Odeon, built entirely of well-henn limesstone blocks which are now used in the summer for musical and theatrical performances

Access has never been easier Paphos International Airport based South of the island and has recently been extended to allow greater capacity.

Away from the tourist areas the Cyprus countryside has a diverse wealth all of its own, including traditional villages, vineyards and wineries, tiny fresco-painted churches, remote monasteries and cool shady forest.

Peyia / Peyia Village area

The village of Peyia nestles high on the hillside above Coral Bay and is reached by taking the coast road from Paphos and heading north to Coral Bay. On reaching the Coral Bay turn off, turn right towards Peyia. The village offers a good selections of amenities including banks, supermarkets, bakers, butchers, fishmongers and even DVD rentals.

Peyia village is a short walk away from the apartment and retains much of its culture, with an excellent range of tavernas serving local and international cuisine, where you can enjoy a traditional Meze. Try the "Jail Pub" (which was actually an old jail) or the posh wine bar, "The Mill".

You can drive further up the coast to Lara Bay where you will find a famous fish restaurant or visit the renowned " Last Castle of Viklari" where booking is advisable.

Coral Bay Water Sports Centre offers a full range of sports including Scuba Diving, Snorkelling, Water and Jet-Ski. The water is warm and shallow and safe for swimming and has excellent sandy beaches. Coral Bay has a variety of quaint cafes, tavernas, music bars, cocktail bars and good restaurants.

The Master bedroom has large fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, dressing table and hair dryer which leads to a spacious balcony furnished with rattan table and chairs, dining for six people, with glorious views of the surrounding hills, perfect for relaxation with a glass of local sparkling wine.

The complex is landscaped with flowers, trees and palms.There is a shared outside pool, with showers, hot tub, two inside pools one heated, sauna, jacuzzi, gymnasium, lounge for relaxation, complete with male/female changing facilities, shower and toilets.

There is plenty of parking facilities.

There is a small grassed area for communal activities, the complex has plenty of lights at night to light up the pool area, with flowers trees and palms throughout, there are wooden archways which makes the complex a delight to be in day and night.

Conditions

Deposits and Booking.

A non refundable deposit of £100 will be required for letting at the tiime of your booking.

The full balance is required 10 weeks before the arrival date of your stay. A full refundable bond of £100 for security and any breakages is also required, this must be paid with your full balance 10 weeks prior to your arrival. This will be provided in cheque form and of course be returned/destroyed after your departure date once the apartment has been inspected by the management.
