Easy direct access to the the pool, which is overseen from the patio, and boasts stunning sea views. So, Laze by the pool with a good book, be inspired by the amazing views, or simply watch the kids have fun. Or how about an evening meal al fresco with a bottle of the local wine!
Within easy walking distance to the lovely picturesque village that is Peyia... take a stroll and meander around the backroads and main street, taking in the many characters, who litter the quaint winding streets of this warmhearted village or visit one of many bars and restuarants for a fun evening out.

Conditions
Payment can be made in pounds sterling, direct to owner, via cheque or bank transfer. 20% deposit is required to secure booking. Outstanding balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required with final payment this will be refunded within 7 days of departure subject to satisfactory property inspection.
We recommend that you have travel insurance.
Cancellation - please contact us as soon as possible. Date of notification will be date booking is cancelled.
Refund payable is subject to notification period e.g:
More than 60 days - 50% of the full amount paid
30 – 60 days - 25% of the full amount paid
Less than 30 days - No refund payable

The Paphos region


Paphos is a town rich with history, situated on the south west coast of the island (formerly the capital of Cyprus). The harbour at Paphos is lined with open air tavernas that serve a menu of the days catch! Paphos has many historical points of interest including the district museum, the Tomb of the Kings, the Pillar of St Paul, the mosaics of Paphos and many other famous historic sites. Just a short drive away is the legendary site where Aphrodite the Greek Goddess of Love is said to have been born from the waves there. Paphos is split into two main areas. The old town is the main shopping area whilst the tourist area situated by the sea has numerous tavernas, restaurants, bars and shops. Paphos - Aphrodite water park is great fun for families, with a variety of slides and fun activities; Bowling alleys; themed cruises with indoor shows and meals.
Coral Bay can be found on the west coast of Cyprus and is located around 8km west of Paphos. It is famous for having one of the best beaches on Cyprus. Coral Bay has fabulous sandy beaches, beautiful clear waters and lot of sports facilities. The beach offers numerous activities from Banana boats, motor boats, sailing, kayaks, snorkelling surfing diving or jet skiing. If a nice relax is what you are after, there are plenty of sun beds to hire and many local bars and restaurants nearby. Alternatively, there is an abundance of shops and restaurants to keep you busy. Coral Bay Go-carting for adults and kids; games centre and children's playground. For those who enjoy a livelier night out, Coral Bay has numerous restaurants and tavernas but the evenings come to life with bars, discos and clubs offering something for all. A local bus service from Coral Bay into Paphos town and the Harbour costs €1.50 for adults and a slightly less for children. Good value for money.
The Peyia / Peyia Village area
The Picturesque village of Peyia, just a 5min drive or a short walk away, is a traditionally quaint cypriot village and deemed by the locals as THE place to live. Peyia proudly retains its local and cultural charm, and its long winding streets are home to an excellent range of tavernas serving both local & international cuisine; and bars offering live entertainment. Local Amenities includes banks, chemist, doctors, butchers, bakery & well stocked supermarkets. Whilst Peyia is ideally situated to explore the Coral Bay and Paphos area, the relaxed environment is a welcome antidote to the hustle and bustle of Paphos.
Peyia is about 4 km from the beaches of Coral Bay and about 15 km from the centre of Paphos.
Tourist attractions include:
The Peyia nature trails offering a chance to see rare plants and local birds.
The Akamas peninsula - an unspoiled environmentally protected national park.
Kathikas village is a popular pit stop with its choice of lovely restaurants and wineries.
The Sea Caves where you can see the fascinating limestone cliff formations.
Christian and Roman archaeological sites can be found nearby as well, including a complex of rock-cut tombs that often go unnoticed.

We tended to cook in the very well equiped kitchen but we also tried out a few restaurants in the village. It was only a ten minute walk which was great.
The views from the balcony were stunning and we enjoyed a beer on the veranda when we got back from the beach. It was the perfect way to watch the sunset.
Pauline couldn't have been more helpful from the moment we enquired right up until we arrived at the apartment. She even helped us source a rental car when we were having trouble sourcing one at last minute which was brilliant. I would definately recommend the apartment to family and friends and we will probably be back too!
