The South East England region

Lodsworth is in the heart of the South Downs National Park on the south coast of England. Please see the South Downs National Park website for places to visit and do. The area is spectacular and there are plenty of things to do whether it is cycling and walking or just simply visiting local places of interest. There are many renown international events to visit in the area which are close by including Goodwood Festival of Speed, Cowdray Polo, Goodwood Racing, Goodwood Revival and Petworth Festival. Lodsworth is also not far from the beautiful South Downs and the coast line of West Sussex with it's sandy beaches and natural harbours or from the well know walled city of Chichester with it's famous cathedral and theatre or Arundel with it's medieval castle and town.

Lodsworth is a beautiful West Sussex village in the heart of the South Downs National Park. The house is within walking distance of the village pub and award winning village community shop, Lodsworth Larder. The village also has a lovely church, St Peters Church, a village hall, recreation ground with cricket, tennis, croquet and children's play ground. There are plenty of walks from the house. The village is a perfect place from which to explore West Sussex. It is close to the two historic market towns of Midhurst, famous for it's polo, and Petworth. In the village there is always the annual village get, cider making, cricket matches, visiting the local brewery and bakery, shopping at Lodsworth Larder and trying the local ale and food at The Hollist Arms to enjoy.
