Pescia is know as THE CITY OF FLOWERS, and is centrally locate between pisa and florence airports which are both about 35 mins drive or an hour by train. Many famous villas, castles, museums and attractions are in a driving distance from the house. Lucca the medieval walled city is a 15 min drive and there many ancient hilltop hamlets where you can eat in excelllent and affordable trattorias. we are happy to help you making reservations

Pescia is a very ancient town, with a fabulous market and many churches and places to visit. Fancy a walk in the mountains? there 20 mins away! The sea? 30 mins away Big city life ? 20-40 mins away. Many great places to eat and things to do! montecattini, montecarlo, lucca, pesiatina svizzera are all very nearby. Ryanair/easyjet/bmibaby/british airways/meridiana and other airlines fly from uk to pisa and florence airports which are about 35-40 mintes drive. aletrnatively trains run from both cities to PESCIA but take longer. LUCCA is very nearby By car from pisa to pescia....exit pisa airport follow directions AUTOSTRADE FIRENZE (motorways florence) join A!! as indicated for FIRENZE exit at CHIESINA UZZANESE and follows directions to PEscia town centre. The villa/farmhouse is 3 minutes drive out of town centre. Many airline companies opposite from airports etc

You need to pay a deposit of 50% on booking remainder 6 weeks prior to arrival. there is a fully refundable security deposit for damage and keys which is REFUNDABLE provided you cause no damage. smokers must smoke on the terrace not in the bedrooms
