In Tuscany, in the hillis of Pescia, near Vellano, we have available for rental a completely restructured farmhouse ideal for holidays far from the chaos of the big city. The house has 2 double bedrooms and another room with a double sofa bed + large fully equipped kitchen + bathroom with shower + external covered terrace. (bath + kitken + bedroom linen supplied)
The whole Tuscany is rich in history and works of art and the main cities of Florence, Siena and Pisa are all within range of about 40 / 50 kilometres. In additional the famous beaches of Versilia (Viareggio-Forte dei Marmi etc.)can be reached, from Pescia, in 40 / 50 minutes by car or by train.
The house can be rented to a single family or to a group of no more than 7 persons. The owners are living in the yellow house on the large photography.

The Tuscany region
The Pescia city is encircled from hills that contribute to giving a mild climate in winter and not excessive warm in summer. The house is on one of these hills near the small Vellano village. In Pescia the comforts of the great city are all and also the hospital. The important MONTECATINI TERME city with its thermal water is to approximately 8 kilometers from Pescia.
Pescia / Vellano area
A public swimming pool to only 4 kilometers. Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena are within radius of 40 / 50 kilometers. Collodi, the PINOCCHIO village, with the park, is to only 5 kilometers. This place is ideal for children. On the hills around Pescia there are many small villages and here during the year many festivals are. This zone tourist is called "PESCIA SWITZERLAND".
How to get there
• By plane: flights to Pisa or Florence. Budget arlines such as Ryanair fly to Pisa airport. • By car If you are coming on the autostrada A1 Roma-Bologna: Take the autostrada A11 in Florence in the direction of Pistoia-Lucca-Pisa. Exit at Chiesina Uzzanese and in 10 minutes you will be in Pescia. Then follow the signs to Vellano (which is about 15 minutes from Pescia).
If you are coming on the autostrada A12 Genova-Livorno: Take the autostrada A11 in Pisa Nord in the direction of Lucca-Lucca-Pistoia. Exit at Chiesina Uzzanese and in 10 minutes you will be in Pescia. Then follow the signs to Vellano (which is about 15 minutes from Pescia).
