we joined local service and we have cheap prices that the big renting company.
In a commercial area where is easy to find markets, banks, restaurants, rotisserie, pharmacy, bus stop, are all from 50 m to 100 maximum, A big Ipermarket at the side of the Palace.
Montesilvano centre is 700m.
400-500m near from the beach. Sand beaches where renting umbrella or go for the free areas.

The Marche / Abruzzo / Abruzzo region
Abruzzo is a full entertainments area:
- The Seaside is our best!!
- The Country for excursions to old villages and hermitages or archeological sites or agriturisms.
- The Mountain where to sky by the winter or have beautiful walkings by summer in our famous Abruzzo National Park, where the Wolf and the Marsican Bear are protected as endangered species.
Abruzzo is also famous for his typical food from these 3 areas.
Hand made Pasta or the typical 'Arrosticini' (please ask for them in some of our typical restaurants).
Something to remember: the famous italian Pasta De Cecco is produced here.
You came for the Seaside, but you can also find other amenities as ancient villages to visit, one for allis Atri (1200 a.C.) (pls info ask for it).
The Pescara / Montesilvano area
Montesilvano is and the surrounding villages are famous for the long and sandy beaches along the Adriatic Coast just behind a long pine forest.
The funniest beaches and full of people are situated in Pescara, the main city on the coast, with clubs and nightlife.
The calm and quite beaches in Montesilvano, where having your sunbathing holiday and taste seafood in small restaurants at cheap rates.
At the Pescara tourist port is possible to rent a Motosailer to have a lunch or a dinner on the sea, the Agriboat (ask info).
