Sharing a lovely swimming pool & sun lounging area.
Your own, sunny, 50 feet long terrace all around the front of the villa, and a shady covered driveway at the rear.

With Aircon in all major rooms, to keep you cool at no extra charge, and flyscreens for cooling evening breezes!

Downstairs is an airy, open plan and well equipped lounge / diner / kitchen, with a guest WC / cloakroom.

The Larnaca District

Warm summers, mild winters and around 320 days of sun make Southern Cyprus ideal for that relaxing feelgood factor.
But there is plenty to stop the more energetic feeling left out, with easy access to unspoilt local beaches and historical sites.

Good road links (driving on the left!) make it easy to explore the beautiful mountains, towns and tourist centres throughout the island.
Plenty of entertainment can be found in the English speaking bars and tavernas, with lots of good value options for eating out.


Pervolia area

Pervolia is an unspoilt village a few miles South West of Larnaca, with easy access from Larnaca Airport. With an ideal balance between a popular holiday centre and a traditional Cypriot village, its facilities are used by holidaymakers and friendly local villagers alike.

The cobbled village square is closed-off to evening traffic during the main holiday season, ideal for families with children.
Here the variety of tavernas and pubs offer superb value eating, drinking and entertainment.

Nearby are three supermarkets, a bank and local shops.
Don’t miss the good value Cyprus wines, or the mixture of familiar and exotic fruit and vegetables.
Excellent in-store butchers in the supermarkets cater for those wanting to try a little cooking at home.
But with tavernas offering a full kebab meal for about £4 UK, there’s no need to cook unless you really want to!

Larnaca itself is an interesting old town, steeped in history going back to Roman times.
Here time can be spent wandering down winding streets.
Visiting beautiful ancient Greek churches, roaming the colourful markets selling crafts and local produce or visiting the marina.
Shopping in Larnaca caters for all pockets and tastes, from Italian designer labels and multi-national stores to local specialities.

By night the town and lively seafront are transformed as the numerous nightclubs, music bars, restaurants and cinemas come to life.

Within easy driving distance are Ayia Napa's nightlife, Limassol, Nicosia and the foothills of the Troodos Mountains.

Between Pervolia and Larnaca, past Faros lighthouse, are the Salt Lakes, a winter sanctuary for migrating pink flamingoes.
Also for animal lovers, heading in the other direction is the Camel Park on the road to the sleepy village of Mazotos.

The owners can arrange airport collection, which is payable locally.

Otherwise, it is easy to get a cab from the airport, as it is only about 10km and should cost about 20 Euros - it’s best to ask for Morphou Court, which is immediately opposite, in Rigainas Street.

Conditions

A deposit of 25% of the total fee is required to hold a booking.
For longer term advance bookings, full payment is required 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
A £200 refundable deposit is required in case of any damage to the property or contents.
If you like to smoke, please help us by smoking outside.

We all had a really fab time!! The villa and village were great - we enjoyed eating out all the different places there and the supermarkets were good too. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and so did we as it was never below 30 degrees!
There was everything we needed in the villa and the welcome pack was very generous and much appreciated.
