The Sunseeker is set on a new complex of 5 luxury properties located in the popular coastal village of Pervolia you will find easy access (0.5km) to nearest sandy beach.

The property offers a large front veranda, covered driveway, gated rear patio area which leads directly to the large swimming pool & sunlounge area(shared), ajoining a park area.

Inside a large fitted kitchen with dining for 6 seated, washing machine, microwave and 20L Water chiller. A well furnished living room seating 6, W.C., 28"TV with SKY satellite channels DVD player.On the first floor there is a double (with Balcony) and 1 twin bedroom, plus pull out bed, a bathroom with power shower and W.C.

All main rooms have air conditioning, and black out blinds.

The Larnaca District

Whether you want to shop till you drop, explore the historical sites, museums and archaeological ruins or just sit outside a taverna with a glass of local wine and watch the world go by, then Larnaca is the place for you.
There are many beaches to discover either side of Larnaca along the south east coast.
The people, language and cuisine in the south is mainly Greek/Cypriot while English is widely spoken not just in the main tourist areas.

Pervolia/Cape Kiti famous for its 4km long, attractive, unspoilt beaches and crystal clear water has emerged in recent years as a growing tourist destination without losing is charm and Identity.

The community has banks, tourist shops, supermarkets etc to cater for most visitors needs.
You will find plenty of water sports activities at the nearby beach club.
Other local attractions include go kart racing, a camel park (with rides!), Hala Sultan Tekke & Larnaca salt lakes with its pink flamingos.

Nearby Larnaca is a 15 minute drive where you will find every kind of cosmopolitan entertainment day and night such as high st. shopping, theatre, clubs, ancient history, cafes, Mc Donald’s, Pizza hut etc.....
Agyia Napa & Protaras famous for clubbing,water parks & beaches can be reached in under 30 minutes by car.
