This elegantly decorated apartment has a modern design with beautiful suede and metal framed furniture. The full length patio doors that lead to the balcony, provide the feeling and look of a spacious apartment and the balcony furniture allow for alfresco dining and drinking so that you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets and the sea views and sun sets.
The bedrooms have air conditioning units, fitted wardrobes, bedside units plus lamps
The cost for the apartment includes all your air con, linen, towels, plus beach towels at some apartments.
The communal pool, sun beds, umbrellas, roof top terrace with furniture and a hot tub is available to all holiday guests.
Covered allocated parking is provided on the complex and there is a lift to each of the floors.
The expanding Larnaca Town is just a 15 minute drive from the apartment and the pretty Pervolia Village is approx a 6 or 7 minute walk.
The local pebbly beach is just 800 meters and the popular local Faros beach is just a 5 minute drive away. This beach has sun umbrellas, beds a kiosk and water sports during the summer months.
If you have children the camel park in Mazotos takes 10 minutes to get to, and also travelling up the East coast of the island you will find a fantastic water park in Ayia Napa called Waterworld which is very popular during the summer months.

This intuitively designed apartment reflects the modern exterior of the development. The internal decor was designed and equipped by the owner giving great detail to what the holidaying guest would like and expect from this exclusive apartment. The owners regulary use the apartment for their own holidays/breaks, so they ensure that all the equipment is maintained. The open plan spacious living areas give way to balcony that gives amazing views over the Sea and the sun sets are second to none. The stunning area is surrounded by the village of Pervolia.
Smoking is not permitted at the property, but as the balcony provides a sheltered area, please feel free to smoke on the balcony.
The furniture comes fully equipped to be able to create the perfect environment to enjoy your holiday. Sleeping up to 4, the property has two twin beds and a double bed. The kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, oven/hob, and other extra amenities.
The balcony furniture provides the perfect setting for dining in the warm evenings.

Sunset Gardens has a large sized communal pool. The communal area is also maintained to a high standard to ensure you can enjoy all aspects of this development.
For ease of access there is a lift to each floor. The roof top has a communal lounge where you can enjoy views of the sea and the surrounding village. Night time viewing of the clear skies from the roof terrace are a must. The constellations are clearly visible! (Seven Sisters, Orion's Belt etc)
The communal pool also boasts a Jacuzzi that can be enjoyed all year round. The perfect place to relax after enjoying the activities on the surrounding local beaches.

A refundable 200.00 euro security deposit is also payable upon booking, and is refunded once an inspection of the property has been completed after your stay.
We are very happy to offer discounts to bookings for 1 or 2 persons and for multiple weekly bookings.
Conditions
You will be provided with an emergency telephone number should you need anything whilst you are staying at our apartment. Directions to the development from Larnaca Airport are provided upon booking.
A Welcome Grocery pack which includes milk, tea, sugar etc can be supplied on each booking at an additional cost of 25.00 euros.
Travel Cot, High Chairs, fold away beds (for children up to 12 years), buggies and baby/toddler package (includes huggies/pampers nappies and other baby items) can be hired during your stay, please ask for an email detailing equipment and prices.

The Larnaca region


Larnaca International Airport is located very close to this development, giving it prime location on this stunning island. Within 800 meters from the Sea, 500 meters from the Village centre and a short 15 minuite drive from Larnaca Town, your holiday has the potential to be all you want it to be.
Within this Eastern region, you have the areas of Paralimni, Protaras, and Ayia Napa which, like Larnaca are graced with stunning award winning beaches, all year round sun and crystal clear blue waters which are a must when booking your all important getaway. Being able to enjoy many high street and designer shops, and also enjoy the activities of the region such as yachting, surfing, jet skiing etc will certainly make this a holiday to remember.
The island is small and getting around couldn't be easier. Hiring out a car and driving on the left hand side of the road is the perfect stress free environment where you can sit back, relax and enjoy you ideal holiday break.
The Pervolia / Faros Beach area
Pervolia is located just 10 minutes from Larnaca International Airport, and boasts many beautiful restaurants, bars and tavernas which are the perfect combination when thinking about booking your ideal holiday getaway. You will be able to find super markets, local butchers, free Wi-Fi connections, News Agents, DIY stores and many more outlets which cater for every eventuality. If you fancy a bit of shopping, then Larnaca Town is just a short distance from this village, and easily accessible via the brand new roads on this island. High street and designer shops are huge in Cyprus, and getting bigger by the year, so all the creature comforts of home, can be found here, making your stay perfect.
Many of the villages surrounding Pervolia, offer exactly the same advantages and give you great variety on places to visit and things to see. Whether this is visiting the local Camel Park, enjoying water sports on the local beaches, or taking a trip along the coast, this stunning island offers it all.
If you love to Cycle, Cyprus offers you 3 fantastic Cycling Routes up in the Troodos Mountains.
Ranging from 16 to 22 Kilometers, easy and medium degrees of difficulty with 2 types of tracks - Forest dirt track and paved roads. You will pass and hopefully see some wonderful places of interest such as, wild mountain goats, monasteries and waterfalls.
Bicycles can be hired from Pervolia for all the family.
Close to many HISTORICAL and ANCIENT ruins with numerous eclectic collections of antiquities.
There are amazing historical sites and attractions for all to investigate, such as:
St Lazarus Church in Larnaca Town.
The Hala Sultan Tekke or the Mosque (a listed Ancient Monument and a holy site for the Turkish Cypriot Muslims), also known as the Mosque of Umm Haram, located at the serene setting on the shores of the Salt Lakes of Larnaca.
The Salt Lakes are just off the road leading to Larnaca International Airport is one of the most distinctive landmarks of the area. Flocks of birdwatchers gather to observe the blaze of pink from flamingoes as they gather in the centre of the lake but also the other important migrants, maybe 2,000 to 12,000 birds flock here every year. Harvesting of the salt ceased 1986 due to increased labour costs.
The Troodos mountain regions are highly populated, with a great number of villages and roads built on all but the very highest peaks. Kakopetria - is a traditional Cypriots village in the Troodos Mountains. The village's name means 'bad stone', relating to the legend of a fabled stone that rolled over and crushed some newlyweds.
Skiing at the 5 Troodos Mountains slopes - It's an absolutely exotic ski location with breattaking view and nice ambient.
Further afield, there are the Tombs at the Tombs of the Kings, an historical site in Paphos. Aphrodite's Rock, and at the Paphos Habour lies the Medieval Castle of Paphos.

"We (2 adults and 2 teenagers) had a lovely fortnight at the apartment in July 2011. It was very clean and tastefully furnished. The bathroom is tiny but as long as you don't mind waiting is fine to use. The pool is clean and good for swimming. We found it essential to have a car to get from a to b, but could always park it. We corresponded with the owner beforehand who was informative and quick in all her responses and she updated her website with a map location after one conversation. Pervolia is easy to walk to and has several Cypriot restaurants as well as English bars with free wifi. Larnaca is very pleasant with many eateries and nice beaches.
