About the home

This top floor/Penthouse apartment is situated in the cultural village of Perivolia just 10 minutes from Larnaca International airport. Located on our Olympians Development this property gives you access to the communal pool and has a large balcony, with panoramic views over farmland and the Mediteranean Sea.

This accommodation has a completely enclosed balcony, and is completely safe for small children to wander around and play. There are 3 bedrooms, each with an air con unit (cost included in accommodation fees).
The kitchen has modern equipment, such as fridge freezer, kettle, washing machine, fitted kitchen units, oven and stove, clothes dryer, iron and board.
There are stairs to this 2nd floor apartment. There is an small area at the bottom of the stairs where you can leave a push chair/buggy.
The local shops, such as, mini supermarkets, internet cafe, news agents, cafes and restaurants are all within 500 meters from the apartment. It's a short walk of less than 10 minutes into the pretty, cobbled stone, Pervolia Village. There is a fish restaurant just 100 meters from this apartment, catering for those who enjoy all types of sea food from Sea Bass to Lobster.
Pervolia is quite central to the major Towns in Cyprus, as Larnaca Town is only a 15 minute drive, Ayia Napa is 40 minutes drive away and Limassol is approx 45 minutes, whilst the Capital City of Nicosia is 50 minutes drive.

Entering this top floor apartment you are welcomed with an open plan living area and a kitchen diner which has been designed to make use of the space available. Leaving the living area, you will find an external balcony which spans the length of the apartment and over looks this beautiful village. The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven and hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, cutlery, pot and pans. All your linen and towels and air con is included in the accommodation price. Being air conditioned, this property will keep you cool during the hot summer afternoons.

The Larnaca region

Larnaca International Airport is within a 10 minute drive from the development, giving it prime location on this stunning island. Situated 800 meters from the Sea, 500 meters from the Village centre and 15 minutes from Larnaca Town, your holiday has the potential to be everything you want.

Within this Eastern region, you have the areas of Paralimni, Protaras and Ayia Napa which, like Larnaca are graced with stunning award winning beaches, all year round sun and crystal clear blue waters which are a must when booking your all important getaway. Being able to enjoy many high street and designer shops, and also enjoy the activities of the region such as yachting, surfing, jet skiing etc will certainly make this a holiday to remember.

The island is small and getting around couldn't be easier. Hiring out a car and driving on the left hand side of the road is the perfect stress free environment where you can sit back, relax and enjoy your ideal holiday break.

The Pervolia area

Pervolia is centrally located just 10 minutes from Larnaca Airport, and boasts many beautiful restaurants, bars and tavernas which are the perfect combination when thinking about booking your ideal holiday getaway. You will be able to find super markets, free Wi-Fi connections, local butchers, news agents, DIY stores and many more outlets which cater for your every need. If you fancy a bit of shopping, then Larnaca Town is just a short distance from this village, and easily accessible via the brand new roads on this island. High street and designer shops are huge in Cyprus, and getting bigger by the year, so all the creature comforts of home, can be found here, making your stay perfect.

Many of the villages surrounding Pervolia, offer exactly the same advantages and give you great variety on places to visit and things to see. Whether this is visiting the local Camel Park, enjoying water sports on the local beaches, or taking a trip along the coast, this stunning island offers it all. Details of many attractions will be in your apartment on your arrival.

If you love to Cycle, Cyprus offers you 3 fantastic Cycling Routes up in the Troodos Mountains.
Ranging from 16 to 22 Kilometers, easy and medium degrees of difficulty with 2 types of tracks - Forest dirt track and paved roads. You will pass and hopefully see some wonderful places of interest such as, wild mountain goats, monasteries and waterfalls.
Bicycles can be hired from Pervolia for all the family.

Close to many HISTORICAL and ANCIENT ruins with numerous eclectic collections of antiquities.
There are amazing historical sites and attractions for all to investigate, such as:
St Lazarus Church in Larnaca Town.
The Hala Sultan Tekke or the Mosque (a listed Ancient Monument and a holy site for the Turkish Cypriot Muslims), also known as the Mosque of Umm Haram, located at the serene setting on the shores of the Salt Lakes of Larnaca.
The Salt Lakes are just off the road leading to Larnaca International Airport is one of the most distinctive landmarks of the area. Flocks of birdwatchers gather to observe the blaze of pink from flamingoes as they gather in the centre of the lake but also the other important migrants, maybe 2,000 to 12,000 birds flock here every year. Harvesting of the salt ceased 1986 due to increased labour costs.
The Troodos mountain regions are highly populated, with a great number of villages and roads built on all but the very highest peaks. Kakopetria - is a traditional Cypriots village in the Troodos Mountains. The village's name means 'bad stone', relating to the legend of a fabled stone that rolled over and crushed some newlyweds.
Skiing at the 5 Troodos Mountains slopes - It's an absolutely exotic ski location with breattaking view and nice ambient.
Further afield, there are the Tombs at the Tombs of the Kings, an historical site in Paphos. Aphrodite's Rock and at the Paphos Habour lies the Medieval Castle of Paphos.

"The accommodation in Pervolia was excellent - very clean with brilliant views. Our taxi man Takis was there to greet us at the airport and dropped us off at the accommodation. We had no problems with releasing the keys and got straight in to the apartment.

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would defiantly recommend you to our family and friends. We also talked about visiting again next year. Thank you for making our trip run smoothly, we had a really nice time."
