The Larnaca District
One of the first sights on leaving the airport is the beautiful salt lake, home to colonies of flamingos in the cooler months.
Beside the lake is the Hala Sultan Tekesi, built to the memory of Prophet Mohammed's aunt. In Larnaca itself the old town is alive and bustling with shoppers. It has a pedestrian area, Zenon Kitieos, with many bars and restaurants. Visit the 17th century church of St.Lazarus with its own Byzantine museum.
Down at the waterfront pay a visit to the medieval museum in the grounds of Larnaca fort and have a leisurely stroll along the palm lined promenade to the marina.
Pervolia area
Our Villa is located in the serene complex of 'Blue Serenity' in the Village of Pervolia which is on the South coast of Cyprus just 10 minutes drive from Larnaca airport and only 150 yards from the nearest secluded beach!
Cyprus is a wonderful island to explore and offers a host of activities, from hiking and mountain biking to scuba-diving and water ski-ing, from sailing and windsurfing to golf and horse riding, from blue flag beaches to skiing in the Troodos mountains.

Further details outdoors: The outside space of the villa is designed with your comfort, enjoyment and safety in mind, with its own private walled garden, private parking and gated access on a small gated development. The majority of the garden is paved, but has a pleasant mixture of tropical plants to create a truly relaxing setting. The main feature of the garden is the private swimming pool to splash away the days in the sunshine. If you prefer to relax whilst keeping a keen eye on the children, there are 4 sun loungers, 2 tables, 8 chairs, 2 parasols - plus of course a BBQ so you can enjoy alfresco dining. If you feel the need to leave this idyllic setting then the beach is just 2 minutes away on foot.

Notes on prices Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts are available for long lets of one month or more. Please contact us for more information. Bookings are available for any number of nights (e.g 10). This would be charged at the price of the week plus 3 nights on a pro-rata basis. Changeover day Arrival/departure days are flexible. Generally arrival is from 4pm and departure at 11am, but this may be flexible depending on arrival of following guests.

Booking notes
A provisional booking may be made by email or telephone. This will be held for 7 days to allow receipt of a 25% non-refundable deposit to be made by cheque. The balance payment is to be made by cheque a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £250 is required with all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded within 2 weeks of departure, less any deductions for losses, damage or breakages.
