This attractive 2 en-suite bedrooms villa was completed in July 2005! Set in the heart of Kiti village with lovely mountain views where you can catch the sunset and sunrise from the master bedroom which also has an attractive whirlpool bath and WC and the second bedroom overlooks the communal swimming pool and an enclosed shower room and WC. The villa is air-conditioned throughout so no need to worry having mosquitoe bites during that hot night!
Both bedrooms each have a private patio. Furnished to a high standard throughout, down the marble staircase is the spacious lounge with fully equipped kitchen, and WC.There are 2 downstairs patios for which you can eat and drink whilst stirring up that BBQ by the pool. You can even watch that special DVD if you feel like spending sometime in.
Kiti village is pretty traditional and has that tranquil ambience with Cypriot tavernas, barbers, Church, shops, photoshop, banks with ATM machine. The stroll to the nearest beach is 20 minutes and has easy flat walk. 5 mins drive. The villa is close to many lovely beaches yet not far from the buzzing life in Larnaca town centre and the Camel Park. Villa is set in a complex of 4 and the neighbours are friendly. This place would also attract families.

The Larnaca District
Larnaca is very hot all year round and is steeped in history dating back to roman times! The sun shines 320 days a year and attracts a mild winter at 15 Censius.
Kiti is a more traditional Cypriot village, yet very accommodating to modern lifestyle. Kiti is located parallel to the beach road, thus you will see sea views as you drive down the road to Mazatos Camel Park, which is the next town away.
Pervolia / Softades, Kiti area
Local places to visit are Lazaros Church, Kamares walls, Angetoktisti Church (in Kiti) - known as "Built by the Angel" , the promenade of Larnaca and various traditional Cypriot festivals. A must is to try out Black Turtle taverna, where at weekends there are live bands with Cypriot songs, whilst you eat and drink almost friends and be merry.
Although car renting is recommended, there are bus stops in Larnaca town to Kiti, and beyond to other resorts such as Ayia Napa (famous for it's beaches) and Limassol and Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus.
Shopping in Cyprus caters for all pockets and tastes from Italian designer labels to local specialities. Eating traditional dishes is a must and stifado is recommended.
How to get there
From Larnaca airport, turn left at the roundabout and follow signs to Meneou, past Meneou and you reach Kiti, then turn right at the police station and follow sign to Mazatos, then 1km ahead turn right when you see sign to Kiti Dam, then first right, first left and first right and the villa is on your left. This villa is close to Pirillos bakery factory too.
