The Larnaca District
Larnaca district is an ideal location for visiting the sights of Cyprus being just 40 minutes from the capital Nicosia, 30 minutes from Ayia Napa with the best water park in Cyprus. Troodos mountain range is easily accessed from Larnaca and the summit of Mount Olympus can be reached within 1 hour 30 minutes where during the winter months February and March you can ski on one of the three ski slopes

The Villa is located in the delightful village of Pervolia. Just a short walk from the property is the village centre and square where you will find bars, takeaways, and general stores. There are a number of Restaurants serving local and continental cuisine also a Chinese take away, for those wishing for a more traditional fare try Tony's bar and grill where you can enjoy a full English breakfast or traditional Sunday Roast. A mini market is within walking distance and 5 minutes by car takes you to a delightful beach front bar and cafe. The natural beaches around Cape Kiti stretch for miles where you can relax or swim in the safe warm Mediterranean waters. For banks, doctors pharmacies and general amenities the award winning small town of Kiti is a five minute drive from the villa
