Ammos Beach house is a lovely home from home two bedroom house, situated in a beautiful, peaceful, coastal setting just 100m from the sea. It is located 1 km outside the small coastal village of Pervolia and 10 km from Larnaca airport.
Ammos is fully air conditioned, has a large fridge/freezer and everything is provided to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The ground floor is open plan; comprising of a lounge / diner with a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen. Patio doors are situated to the front and rear of property. Second floor consists of a bathroom with bath / shower combination, a double bedroom with balcony and sea view and a twin bedroom. Both have fitted wardrobes, lamps and electric clock radios.
If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, with the option to step it up a gear, Ammos Beach House is just a few kilometres from the motorway, so you are ideally placed to travel to major towns and cities for shopping, theatre, museums, bowling or to explore the many historical sites and other places of interest around the island. Cyprus is not large, so travel time is not really an issue.

The Larnaca District
Larnaca is 12 km away and one of the oldest, continually-inhabited cities in the world. The promenade and marina is famed for its palm trees, with the adjacent beach being suitable for all ages and a big favourite with the tourists.
In the evening, Larnaca seafront comes alive and offers everyone a great night out, with countless choices of pubs, bars, restaurants and clubs.
Organised events occur mostly during the Summer months - and attract world famous DJs - to ensure you have a memorable time. There are plenty of places along Larnaca's coastline, where you can enjoy every watersport, as well as fishing trips and cruises around Larnaca Bay.
The wide variety of shops provide something for everyone. North Cyprus has become easily accessible, but if you fancy going that little bit further, Egypt. is close enough and well worth a visit.
Pervolia area
Pervolia is approximately a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk away and boasts supermarkets a fish & chip and kebab shop along with bars and restaurants serving English, Chinese and Greek cuisine in the usual alfresco manner which is so popular in Cyprus.
Closer to the house (350m) is Tony's Bar & Grill for a Sunday roast or full English breakfast. If you would like to experience Tony's Sunday roast, I would advise to pre- book as they can get extremely busy.

Further details outdoors: Ammos, has a lovely private front garden with climing bougainville cascading and giving shade around the pergola. Ample exterior lighting will allow you to enjoy the warm evenings, dining or relaxing with a glass of wine.
There are three bistro tables with 6 chairs and parasol, 2 sun loungers and an exterior shower for use after a dip in the sea.
Further details
A 10% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A Refundable £100 GBP damages deposit, is to be paid with the balance and will be returned within 7 working days after your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).
However, in the event that there is a breakage, please replace with like for like to ensure that the next guests are not disadvantaged (no charge will then be made from the damage deposit.)
