For shopping Larnaca Town centre is just 15 minutes from Pervolia where you will find an array of local shops and known high street names such as Next, Marks and Spencer, and Top Shop, a visit to Palm Tree Marina is a must when visiting Larnaca with its many Restaurants, bars, night clubs, there are water sports available of the sandy blue flag award winning beaches, paragliding, wind surfing, boat hire etc are all available, or why not try a trip on one of the many luxury cruisers around Larnaca Bay.

The Larnaca District
Larnaca district is an ideal location for visiting the sights of Cyprus being just 40 minutes from the capital Nicosia, 30 minutes from Ayia Napa with the best water park in Cyprus. Troodos mountain range is easily accessed from Larnaca and the summit of Mount Olympus can be reached within 1 hour 30 minutes where during the winter months February and March you can ski on one of the three ski slopes
Pervolia area
Blue Serenity is located in the delightful village of Pervolia. Just a short drive from the property is the village centre and square where you will find bars, takeaways, and general stores. There are a number of Restaurants serving local and continental cuisine also a Chinese take away, for those wishing for a more traditional fare try Tonys bar and grill where you can enjoy a full English breakfast or traditional Sunday Roast. A mini market is within walking distance from the property as is a beach front bar and cafe. The natural beaches around Cape Kiti stretch for miles where you can relax or swim in the safe warm Mediterranean waters. For banks, doctors pharmacies and general amenities the award winning small town of Kiti is a five minute drive from the villa

Fly to Larnaca airport, the property is easy to find and just ten minutes by car. Car hire and transfers can be arranged price on request.
