For shopping Larnaca Town centre is just 15 minutes from Pervolia where you will find an array of local shops and well known high street. A visit to Palm Tree Marina is a must with its good selection of restaurants, bars, night clubs. There are water sports available of the sandy blue flag award winning beaches, para gliding, wind surfing, boat hire ect are all available.

The Larnaca District
Larnaca district is a great location for visiting the all sights of Cyprus. Situated just 40 minutes from the capital Nicosia, 30 minutes from Ayia Napa with the best water park in Cyprus. Troodos mountain range is easily accessed from Larnaca and the summit of Mount Olympus can be reached within 1 hour 30 minutes. During the winter months February and March you can ski on one of the three ski slopes, sun sand surf and snow its got the lot!
Pervolia area
Blue Serenity is located in the delightful village of Pervolia. The village is a short drive away, here you will find bars, takeaways, and general stores. There are a number of restaurants serving local and continental cuisine. For those wishing for more a English fare, Tonys bar and grill where you can enjoy a full English breakfast or traditional Sunday Roast. A mini market is within walking distance from the property as is a beach front bar and cafe. The natural beaches around Cape Kiti stretch for miles where you can relax or swim in the safe warm Mediterranean waters. For banks, doctors pharmacies and general amenities the award winning small town of Kiti is a five minute drive from the villa.
