Only 800m to nearest pebble beach and 1.5kms to the enarest Sandy Beach. 7/8 minutes walk to the pretty village of Pervolia where you will find tavernas, supermarkets, cafes, internet cafe and Indian Takeaway, etc.

Larnaca is very well known for its beautiful scenery and modern, cosmopolitan designer shops which are a perfect reflection on what this region has to offer. This along with the stunning weather this island gets graced with each year is a perfect reason why people flock to this island year on year.
There are many historic sites to visit which can really make your trip to Cyprus worthwhile. Soak up culture during the day, and enjoy the many award winning beaches that this area has to offer. With water sports such as jet skiing, canoeing etc and many other activities to choose from you will never fall short of things to do.
The Pervolia / Softades area
Pervolia really keeps the cultural vibe of Cyprus alive, and being just a short drive from Larnaca town centre means you have very easy access to the modern cosmopolitan restaurants, bars and tavernas that you can find in this beautiful village. All amenities can be found within this village including English and Cypriot bars, supermarkets, newsagents, and basically everything you could require when choosing the perfect holiday destination.
There are lovely award winning beaches in Faros Village just a 5 minute drive from the apartment. Turn left out of the apartment and stay on the road for 5-7mins and you will see Faros Village on your right. You can hire sun beds, do water sports and go for walks along the beach. The water is clean and the beach is sandy.
