Situated on a small private complex of 9 villas and 16 apartments, this 2 bedroom apartment enjoys scenic views from the large balcony. It has a fully fitted Kitchen and large lounge area with SATELLITE TV and PS2. The apartment is fully air conditioned and all linen is included as is a weekly linen and towel change if staying for more than 1 week.
The local village, just 5 minutes walk, is very traditional with it's cobbled street and choice of tavernas and bars. All necessary amenities are close at hand. The airport is just 15 minutes away as is Larnaka town. There are many beaches close at hand with the closest just a 10 minute walk. There are also a wealth of places of interest and local attractions to see or you can just chill quietly round the pool with a good book. Whatever you choose you'll be sure of good Cypriot hospitality and fine weather.

The Larnaca District
Larnaka is the nearest town being only 15 minutes by car. There you will find plenty of shopping opportunities in the many streets and passage ways. Larnaka also has many places of interest to see. Along the promenade there is a host of good places to eat as well as a good blue flag status beach with sunbeds, parasols and watersports. There is the Marina, the Fort, two museums, the church of St. Lazaros and various ancient sites across the town. On the way to Larnaka you’ll pass the Salt Lakes which are home to migrating Flamingos during the winter months. Behind the Salt Lake is Hala Sultan Tekke, an important place of Muslim pilgrimage. If you prefer to try something different for part of your stay, the Troodos Mountain range is just 50 minutes drive and offers pine forests, walking trails, monasteries and much more. In January-February you can ski on Mount Olympous and then return to the apartment for a trip to the beach!!
Pervolia area
The village centres around the small cobbled street with tavernas and the cafe where old Cypriot men sit and drink coffee and play Tavli (Backgammon) all day. It’s a 5 minute walk from the apartment. In the centre of Pervolia you’ll find a choice of Tavernas for food or just a quiet beer under the grapevines. In the evening, the village is closed to cars and there are often festivals and celebrations in the street. The beach is just a short walk from the apartment. The water is shallow, clear and warm. There are also hire shops for cars, quadbikes and bicycles nearby. The nearest Waterpark is just 35 minutes drive. If you arrange a car you open up a wealth of other areas of interest all within easy reach. Suggestions and ideas are given in the apartment.
How to get there
Fly into Larnaka International Airport from most UK airports. Great deals with Flyglobespan.com, Monarch, Airflights.co.uk and many more. Airport transfer time is just 15 minutes. Taxis are readily available from the airport. Alternatively, if you've hired a car we can meet and greet at the airport and lead you to your apartment for a small fee.
