The Larnaca District
Pervolia and Larnaca have much to offer for families. From the Camel Park just 10km away to the water parks at Limassol and Agia Napa. The local McKenzie Beach is a fantastic sandy beach for your family to relax on the shallow sandy beach - great for small children.
The food is fantastic and the locals are very friendly, especially towards British visitors
Pervolia area
Pervolia is a typical Cypriot Village just 14km from the historic city of Larnaca. The temperature in Pervolia ranges from 12 degrees in winter to 30 in the summer (averages) with a nice gentle breeze off the sea.
There are also great activities for sight-seeing, including the Ancient City Ruins of Kition and the Agios Lazarus Church in Larnaca.

Further details indoors: This brand new villa (April 07) is fully air conditioned for your comfort as well as being equipped with every amenity needed for you to relax, open a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunshine. The three bedrooms have ample built in wardrobe space with plenty of storage. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a further master bathroom. There is also a shower and toilet downstairs.
There is a TV and DVD player with plenty of DVDs for all ages to choose from if you fancy a rest in the living area on to ample leather sofas.
Further details outdoors: The villa benefits from all day sun with plenty of areas in the garden for shade if you'd prefer it. The sun moves round the side of the villa which also leaves the interior areas of the villa in the shade, keeping it cool. There is a private swimming pool and plenty of area in the secure garden and the front of the villa has an off road car port with gates that can be locked for extra security for wandering children getting out.
The villa is in a quiet location with the main road on the other side of the complex so you are also sheltered from the traffic.
