The local amenities are fantastic with a local shop / backery just 10 mins walk away and great restaurants in the village 2km away. The busy resort (and airport) of Larnaca is just 14km away with plenty do do for all the family.
You may choose to relax by the pool, on the nearby beach (with watersports) less than 10 minute walk away, or simply taking in the sights of this beautiful village location.

Our villa (built in 2007) is fully air conditioned and has all the mod-cons for a self catering villa holiday in Cyprus. There are three bedrooms with ample wardrobe space and plenty of storage. The master bedroom has an en suite with shower and as well as the main bathroom, there also a shower and toilet downstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook and eat in, with room for six and there is also a TV, satellite and DVD player with plenty of DVDs for all ages to choose from if you fancy a rest in the living area.

With a large swimming pool (8m x 4.3m) and a large patio area, our villa is perfect for families with children.
The villa benefits from all day sun with plenty of areas in the garden for shade if you'd prefer it.
The villa is in a quiet location with the main road on the other side of the complex so you are also sheltered well away from traffic.
Conditions
Please no smoking inside the villa.
10% deposit on booking with the remainder required ten weeks prior to your holiday.
Refundable breakages deposit of £150 required, to be refunded within two weeks of your return (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

The Larnaca region
Pervolia and Larnaca have much to offer for families. From the Camel Park just 10km away to the water parks at Limassol and Agia Napa. The local McKenzy Beach is a fantastic sandy beach for your family to relax on the shallow sandy beach - great for small children.
The food is fantastic and the locals are very friendly.
The Pervolia area
Pervolia is a typical Cypriot Village just 14km from the historic city of Larnaca. The temperature in Pervolia ranges from 12 degrees in winter to 30 in the summer (averages) with a nice gentle breeze off the sea.
There are also great activities for sight-seeing, including the Ancient City Ruins of Kition and the Agios Lazarus Church in Larnaca.

The Villa was in an excellent location, and we really liked the short distance from the airport. Accommodation was absolutely perfect with everything you needed and more for a fabulous hassle free holiday. Must admit we spent most of the holiday just lazing around the pool with half a dozen books.
