The Larnaca District
The beaches of Golden Bay are just a 10 minute drive from the property, where you will find miles of sand, water sports including paragliding, wind surfing, banana boats and diving courses to full PADI level. Larnaca town centre has a wide variety of shops including many high street names such as Marks and Spencer, Next, Top Shop as well as beautiful local stores. For those looking for a night out or special lunchtime meal then Larnaca Marina with its wide variety of bars, restaurants and nightlife is the place to be, local taxis to and from the property should cost approximately 6-10cyp. The Sunday Market on the Dekelia Road is an excellent way to spend the morning browsing at the local products and getting a bargin or two to take back with you.
Pervolia area
For general ameneties the village of Kiti is 2 kilometres from the property and offers many shops including supermarkets, take aways, DVD hire, banks, doctors, dentists and pharmacies and for evening entertainment the delightful village of Pervolia offers a selection of restaurants offering typical Cypriot cuisine, and European dishes. There is also a number of bars and tavernas, an excellent Chinese restaurant and for those wanting a traditional English Breakfast or Sunday roast try Tony's Bar and Grill.
How to get there
British Airways, Cyprus Airways and Monarch Airways offer scheduled flights to Larnaca Airport, with the airport approximately a 10km drive from the property. There are a number of car hire firms located at the airport, we would recommend Budget Car Hire.
From Larnaca Airport , at the roundabout as you exit the airport turn left. Follow the road past the Salt Lake and continue on this road until you come to a roundabout under a flyover, go straight over, continue until you come to a T junction (controlled by traffic lights) and at the junction turn left. Follow until the next T junction turn right and follow the road until you come to a fork in the road take the left hand fork, keep following the road until you come to a T junction and turn right follow the road for aprroximately 1 kilometre Possiden beach gardens is on your left.

There are two double bedrooms downstairs one with patio doors opening into the garden and the mezzanine bedroom has a double sofa be with en suite shower room. A fully fitted kitchen where you have all modern facilities, and breakfast bar. Outside there is a good sized veranda overlooking your own private pool. Located on the beach side of the road the beach is less than 200m and the nearest bar cafe is just a 5 minute stroll from the property and located right on the beach.
PLEASE NOTE: The swimming pool is 5 foot deep with no shallow end and may not be suitable for very young children.
