Amy's Place is a fabulous villa in a wonderful coastal location, available for holiday and longer term lets for couples, families or groups of friends.
It is also the main venue for our Success Programme in early October. So, if you'd like to make the most of your time away by revamping your eating habits, kick starting your weight loss and launching a fitness programme that suits you then please read on for more details.
Holiday Lets The villa is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa located just a few hundred yards from the beach, on the outskirts of the lovely village of Pervolia. Quiet and peaceful on a small gated development, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger town and facililties of Larnaca, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local shops and a variety of excellent restaurants for eating out. It is fully equipped to a high standard for your maximum enjoyment and pleasure and includes a safe for additional peace of mind.
The villa benefits from its own private pool with safety fence (removable if you have no children in your party) and walled garden. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, as well as sun loungers to take full advantage of the rays. With one double and two twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families and groups of friends, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Success Programme This is a week away with a difference. The focus is entirely on you and your well-being with freshly prepared juices and salads using local, nutritious produce, exercise classes and practical, informative workshops. There is a wide selection of activities scheduled for each day but you are free to join in as much or as little as you choose. From workshops on everything from goal setting to habit breaking, beach games and exercise classes, as well as one to one consultations you will end the week revitalised, not to mention several pounds lighter. The Larnaca District
Pervolia lies within the Larnaca District of Cyprus, just 10 mins drive from the airport. It's a small village with a selection of shops for all your basic needs, including a growing number of lovely restaurants. There is a choice of beaches, from the pebbly to the sandy with plenty of scope for shell hunting, rock pool exploring, sand castle building and wave jumping. There is a wide range of activities and places of interest to visit to keep little people entertained and depending on how active you want to be. A folder full of brochures, maps, telephone numbers, addresses, opening hours and other useful information is provided in the villa so you can plan your days at your leisure.
Pervolia area
There is plenty to do for all ages, or maybe you would just like to relax by your own private pool. A full list of places to visit, activities, watersports and events in the area and surrounding districts are available on the Amy's Place in Cyprus website and in the villa should you be tempted to explore further afield during your stay.
How to get there
The quickest and most convenient way to reach 'Amy's Place' is by air to Larnaca airport. From the airport the villa is just a 10 minute taxi ride away, meaning you can be through customs and relaxing in your holiday villa in no time at all. The fantastic news is that, as well as the traditional British Airways and Cyprus Airways flights from the UK, Monarch now offer a service from London Luton to Larnaca. With a flight time of approximately 4.5 hours 'Amy's Place' could very easily be your place for that week or two relaxing in the sun.
Meet and Greet Service We offer a meet and greet service from the airport, returing you for your flight home for a small additional charge. Alternatively you will be met at the villa if you have arranged your own car hire pick up on arrival. This means you have peace of mind that someone will be there on your arrival to take you to the villa and make sure you have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Our managing agent can also arrange car hire for you.

Further details indoors: The ground floor of this beautiful villa is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and kettle to make your holiday as easy as possible. The living area includes a comfortable 2 and 3 seater leather sofa with a radio/CD player, TV and DVD player. Satellite TV is connected so you have access to a small selection of English speaking channels as well as Cypriot! There is also a dining area with seating for 6. All table and kitchenware is provided and you should want for nothing during your stay. The large sliding patio doors give direct access to the terrace and garden so that even when you are inside you have the benefit of plenty of light. There is also a downstairs toilet and shower room, so that if you come back from the beach a little bit sandy then you can easily rinse off without having to trail upstairs.
Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed, en suite shower room and balcony overlooking the pool with sea views. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds which can be pushed together if required and share a fully fitted bathroom. Towels and linen are provided and all three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Bedroom two also has a balcony with sea views.
There is a small safe in the villa to keep your valuables under lock and key for extra security.
A travel cot, highchair and pushchair can be hired for a small additional cost which could save you the expense of additional luggage charges.
Further details outdoors: The outside space of the villa is designed with your comfort, enjoyment and safety in mind. Amy's Place has it's own private walled garden with gated access. Whilst the majority of the garden is paved, it is has a vibrant mixed border. The main feature of the garden is the large private swimming pool to splash away the days in the sunshine. If you prefer to relax whilst keeping a keen eye on the children, there are sun loungers plus a large table and chairs for 6 and of course a BBQ so you can enjoy al fresco dining. If you feel the need to leave this idyllic setting then the beach is just two minutes away on foot.
Pool Safety Fence We provide a safety fence for the pool for additional peace of mind with small children around. This is easily removed if you don't need it.

A pool safety fence is provided which meets EU safety regulations.
An English speaking managing agent is available throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have and can help with car hire if you wish. They will either meet you at the airport if you have arranged for airport pick up/return (please see Tariff notes), or at the villa on arrival to give you keys, ensure you know where everything is and to help you settle in.

A 25% non refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £150 is required with all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded within 3 weeks of departure, less any deductions for losses, damage or breakages.

Generally arrival time is from 4pm and check out time is 11am but this may be flexible depending on the arrival time of the following guests.
Prices quoted are per week. If you would like to book Amy's Place for a different period of time, e.g. 10 days, the price for the additional days will be charged pro rata nightly basis. Simply divide the weekly rate by 7 to give you a price per additional night.
We also offer discounts for long term bookings over 1 month so please contact us for more information.
Travel cots, high chairs and pushchairs can be hired for a small additional charge of £10 per item per week.
Airport pick up and drop off can also be arranged at a rate of £30 return for up to 4 people and £50 return for 5-8 people.
A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £150 is requested with balance payments.
We would like to remind you that you are responsible for your own travel insurance and travel arrangements which are not included in the price.
The price quoted is per week for the villa, NOT per person.
There are no hidden costs with this villa as all bath towels and linens provided are included in the price. We only ask that you bring your own beach towels.
Heating and air conditioning is available in all rooms and is also included in the price.
