About the home

This is a Deluxe, Superior Holiday villa in Pervolia, Larnaca. With its unique design and location it is a perfect villa for large groups who want to spend their holidays together.
As you walk into the villa you really do get the ‘wow!’ factor. It boasts a big circular sitting area in the middle of the room with colourful cushions on the white leather sofas, a huge flat screen, satellite TV on the wall and a beautiful dome-shaped ceiling as you look up which changes colour. On your right is the white dining table and next to it the fully equipped kitchen.
There are 4 bedrooms in the main building and an annex at the rear of the villa with one bedroom, sitting area and shower room.
The main bedroom, from the sitting area to the right, has a double bed, en-suite Jacuzzi bath, power shower, wash basin and toilet. It also has a wide flat screen TV with satellite and a sofa opposite the bed.
The other 3 bedrooms can be reached by going to the left of the sitting room. Two of them are facing the back garden and the other faces the pool and Private Tennis Court.
From the corridor, the first door on your right is the second double bed bedroom, with a TV and patio door opening onto the back garden. There is also a power shower just next door.
The third bedroom on your left has a flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom, with a bath and overhead shower. It also has a patio door that leads onto the pool area.
The forth bedroom further down at the end of the corridor similarly has a flat screen TV, en-suite power shower and patio door leading onto the back garden.
At the rear of the villa there is a separate annex with its own private kitchen/sitting area, huge fridge, cooker and hob. The bedroom has a double bed. There is a shower, toilet and wash basin.

A €300 Euro breakage and damage deposit is required when booking this villa. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay assuming everything is in order.

The Larnaca region

Larnaca is the nearest city to the villa. With its continuous and uninterrupted history extending for 4000 years.
It is located on the southern coast of Cyprus with a population of around 75,000 and it is the third largest city in Cyprus.
Larnaca has the main international airport and the second most important commercial port. It has a marina for yachts and is an important tourist resort.
'Phinikoudes' is Larnaca's main tourist attraction. This is a strip of cafes, bars, clubs and restaurants on the beach front which particularly popular during the summer months.

The Pervolia area

Pervolia village is 17km from the centre of Larnaca.
It is well known for its unspoilt beach with crystal clear waters.
There are Cypriot restaurants and local tavernas in the area and in the centre of the village.
There are banks with cash points, local and tourist shops and supermarkets.
