About the home

This lovely apartment is situated in the cultural village of Pervolia, just 10 minutes from Larnaca airport. Located on our Sunset Gardens development this property has a balcony and a large communal poool. It is only a 6/7 minute walk into the Village Square and a short 5 minute drive to the popular Sandy Faros Beach.
This apartment has a flat screen TV plus DVD player in the seating area. with several DVDs for your use.
Pervolia is a quiet rural village with friendly locals and with several shops, restaurants and mini markets in the pretty village square.
With bus routes to Larnaca Town, you can get to the Finigoudes Beach where there are designer shops, sea front restaurants selling fish and meat Mezes, plus many more eateries, ice cream and Juice parlours/bars and entertainment arcades for children and adults. (TGI, KFC, Macdonalds to mention but a few of the more popular eateries).
Nearer to the apartment is the very popular Sandy Faros Beach that has water sports during the summer months, sun beds and umbrellas and a small Kiosk. the water is shallow and has a small rock formation for adventurous adults/kids to explore.
Next to the complex, is a popular Fish Restaurant and a recently built childrens payground (2011), is next to the Restaurant.

Entering this 1st floor apartment, you are welcomed with an open plan living area and a kitchen area which has been designed to make use of the space provided. Leaving the living area, you will find external patio doors which leads to the balcony that has
seaviews and amazing sun sets. The kitchen comes equipped with oven and hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, cutlery, pot and pans. The bedroom has large floor to ceiling wardrobes, views of the swimming pool, bedside table and lamp.
Being air conditioned, this property will keep you cool during the hot summer afternoons.

Larnaca Airport is located very close to this development, giving it prime location on this stunning island.

Larnaca Town has many designer/brand shops and a large stunning beach along the palm tree promenade.
The all year round sun allows you to enjoy the many water sports, such as, yachting, surfing, jet skiing, kite surfing etc that will certainly make this a holiday to remember.

The island is small and getting around couldn't be easier. Hiring out a car and driving on the left hand side of the road is the perfect stress free environment where you can sit back, relax and enjoy you ideal holiday break.

The Pervolia / Faros Beach area

Pervolia is ideally located just 10 minutes from Larnaca Airport, and boasts many beautiful restaurants, bars and tavernas which are the perfect combination when thinking about booking your ideal holiday getaway. You will be able to find super markets, free Wi-Fi connections, news agents, DIY stores and many more outlets which cater for your every need. If you fancy a bit of shopping, then Larnaca town is just a short distance from this village, and easily accessible via the brand new roads on this island. High street and designer shops are huge in Cyprus, and getting bigger by the year, so all the creature comforts of home, can be found here, making your stay perfect.

Many of the villages surrounding Pervolia, offer exactly the same advantages and give you great variety on places to visit and things to see. Whether this is visiting the local Camel Park, enjoying water sports on the local beaches, or taking a trip along the coast, this stunning island offers it all.

If you love to Cycle, Cyprus offers you 3 fantastic Cycling Routes up in the Troodos Mountains.
Ranging from 16 to 22 Kilometers, easy and medium degrees of difficulty with 2 types of tracks - Forest dirt track and paved roads. You will pass and hopefully see some wonderful places of interest such as, wild mountain goats, monasteries and waterfalls.
Bicycles are for hire in Pervolia for all the family.

Close to many HISTORICAL and ANCIENT ruins with numerous eclectic collections of antiquities
There are amazing historical sites and attractions for all to enjoy, such as:
St Lazarus Church in Larnaca Town.
The Hala Sultan Tekke or the Mosque (a listed Ancient Monument and a holy site for the Turkish Cypriot Muslims), also known as the Mosque of Umm Haram, located at the serene setting on the shores of the Salt Lakes of Larnaca.
The Salt Lakes are just off the road leading to Larnaca International Airport is one of the most distinctive landmarks of the area. Flocks of birdwatchers gather to observe the blaze of pink from flamingos as they gather in the centre of the lake but also the other important migrants, maybe 2,000 to 12,000 birds flock here every year. Harvesting of the salt ceased 1986 due to increased labour costs.
The Troodos mountain regions are highly populated, with a great number of villages and roads built on all but the very highest peaks. Kakopetria - is a traditional Cypriots village in the Troodos Mountains. The village's name means 'bad stone', relating to the legend of a fabled stone that rolled over and crushed some newlyweds.
Skiing at the 5 Troodos Mountains slopes - It's an absolutely exotic ski location with breath taking views and a nice ambient.
Further afield, there are the Tombs at the Tombs of the Kings, an historical site in Paphos. Aphrodite's Rock, and at the Paphos Habour lies the Medieval Castle of Paphos.
