Home description

Victoria Court is a two storey building located in Pervolia, a short walk from the village centre. Pervolia itself is a typical Cypriot village with a couple of supermarkets,several Cypriot owned tavernas, post office and small local shops.The village square has a traditional feel and there are Cypriot entertainments to be found most evenings,such as greek music and dancing.

Pervolia is a short drive away from Larnaca whose landmarks include Lazaros church,the old fort,the marina and the splendid promenade skirted by palm trees and a deep sandy beach.
The apartment is fully air conditioned with two bedrooms, open plan kitchen/dining/living area,bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. There is a lift to the second floor and disabled toilets by the pool,also a covered parking space.

The Larnaca District

Larnaca is a thriving port with a cosmopolitan atmosphere. It is a significant tourist and commercial area and is a convenient base for exploring the island.The pedestrianised seafront is lined with plenty of Cypriot cafes,bars and top class restaurants to suit all ages. At the northern end of the promenade is a large marina where regular boat trips can be booked.Larnaca has a long history and there are many places of interest to see and explore. Ayia Napa is a 30 minute drive away to the east and is renowned for its nightlife. It also has a waterpark highly suitable for families with smaller children. To the north a 25 minute drive will take you to Nicosia,the capital of Cyprus.Other places of interest are Paphos,Limassol and Potomas, a traditional fishing village.


Pervolia area

Pervolia has a real community atmosphere. The village square is dominated by the magnificent church. There are many festivals throughout the year when the square is alive with entertainment and local traditions. There are regular bus services to Larnaca during the day,however there is always plenty to do and see around Pervolia.The sandy beach has sunbeds and is especially suitable for small children,but there are also miles of pebbled beaches to walk along and explore. In the evenings there are always many organised events,the restaurants take it in turns to provide entertainment such as Bozouki evenings,greek dancing etc. The village square is just a short walk away from Victoria Court.


How to get there

Fly direct to Larnaca International Airport - Palm Tree Resort is 6km away.

Cheap flights- book with Cyprus Airways- Flights from Gatwick / Luton / Birmingham and Manchester.
Many other cheap flights can now be found with different carriers (ie Thompsons,Monarch) by looking on the internet /www.travelrepublic.co.uk

Taxi costs from the airport are on average between 15 - 20 Euro,s.
I can organise meet and greet / airport transfers if required. I can also arrange or recommend car hire.

She also has extra blankets,fans,duvets if needed.
