Villa Tatiana is the perfect holiday accommodation for those with young families or those who wish to get away from it all. The villa is brand new (completed 2007) and has 3 bedrooms, air conditioning throughout, private pool and all the modern conveniences you would expect from a luxury villa.

Villa Tatiana is situated in a small exclusive gated development which overlooks the Mediterranean sea, the beach is only a few hundred metres from your front door.

For those staying with young children the swimming pool can be fitted with a safety fence for your peace of mind and we can also supply baby/toddler packs which include safety gates, steriliser, monitor etc (please see our website for more details and photographs of Villa Tatiana).

The Larnaca District

Larnaca is a bustling town which mixes the old with the new. The centre of town is a maze of quaint cobbled streets with plenty of shops and even more places to eat! From traditional tavernas to trendy bars, you will be spoilt for choice in Larnaca. Take a stroll along the palm tree lined promenade or stop and have a drink in one of the numerous coffee shops and just watch the world go by.

If you ever have enough of eating and drinking there are plenty more things to do in Larnaca, such as visiting the numerous museums and churches or trying your hand at some watersports or diving.

Pervolia area

Pervolia is a peaceful and traditional cypriot village, away from the hustle and bustle of the more livelier resorts. The heart of the village is found in it's quaint, cobblestoned square next to an old church, which comes alive in the evening with a collection of tavernas and bars.

Villa Tatiana is situated on the outskirts of the village and it is a short drive to the amenities of the village or a leisurely stroll along the unspoilt coastline.

Pervolia is home to a lighthouse at Cape Kiti (moments from the villa) which is the perfect spot for a bit of star gazing! There are plenty of activities to be had locally from watersports on the beach to museums in Larnaca, Donkey sanctuaries, camel parks, walking in the mountains, horse riding or if you are visiting Cyprus from January to March you can even ski in the Troodos mountains!

How to get there

Fly to Larnaca Airport - Villa Tatiana is about 10km from the airport.

Flights are available through British Airways and Cyprus Airways from airports throughout the UK.

Plenty of taxis are available at the airport.

Villa Tatiana is furnished to a high, modern standard throughout.

The kitchen is fitted with all the appliances you would expect, such as microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc.

The living and dining areas have patio doors opening up onto the large verandas which overlook the pool and landscaped garden.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms which all have balconies and air-conditioning.

One of the double bedrooms has panoramic sea views and the remaining bedrooms have side sea and mountain views.

There is a full family bathroom on the first floor and a further WC on the ground floor, as well as an outside pool shower.

Further details outdoors:
Outside there is the private 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with a pool shower and a large wrap around veranda.

There is a dining table which seats 6 and a comfy seating area which overlooks the pool.

For our guests with young children we have a safety fence which can be fitted around the swimming pool.

Villa Tatiana has a larger than average garden which has been landscaped and features palm trees, lemon and orange trees as well as jasmine and hibiscus. On the back veranda we have planted a selection of Mediterranean herbs.

To the side of the house is a private, covered car port.

Conditions

Refundable breakages deposit of £250 is required.
