The newly built luxury apartment is located on a complex of around 20 villas.This is a fully furnished ideal family apartment in Pervolia, Larnaca, located on the ground floor in Sunset Gardens with a large communal pool. The apartment has two bedrooms with twin beds and the lounge supports a sofa bed. In all the apartment sleeps six. A family bathroom with shower and air conditioning (included in price) throughout. The newley furnished apartment has open plan lounge and kitchen with satelite t.v. dvd player, cd player, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, patio with table and chairs, BBQ, high chair available (please specify when booking), and private parking.

The Larnaca District
Cyprus weather is consistantly hot in the summer months and very mild in the winter months. There are at least 330 days of sunshine.
There are lots of places of interest in Cyprus with archaeological ruins in Paphos and plenty of museums in Nicosia the capital. Larnaca boasts an amazing salt lake with many migrating birds (incl. flamengos) arriving from all over the world.
Pervolia area
Pervolia has not been explored yet by the mainstream tourist industry, hence its quiet, laidback atmosphere. Activities are centred around the numerous tavernas and restaurants in the square. There are numerous festivals in the summer months, one in particular is the 'Festival of the Okra' marking the okra season in July! During the Festival, there is live street music and dancing. A buffet, featuring the infamous okra, can be purchased at a set price.
There are many other small shops in and around Pervolia as well as a couple of banks.
Water sports, refreshments and sunchairs are provided by a local hotel ten minutes walk along the beach for a small fee.
Larnaca town is around 10kms from Pervolia where the lively "Finegoues" (Palm Tree) promenade can be found. You're spolt for choice with the numerous Greek Cypriot and international restaurants incl. the fast food take-aways McDonalds, KFC, Costa Coffee, ice-cream parlours, bars and nightclubs. There are many major shops in the centre of Larnaca which cater for all kinds of tastes incl M&S, Next and Mothercare. A visit to St Lazarus church is a must. The old castle is another place of interest, where in the summer months outdoor concerts, dance productions and plays are performed for a small fee.
A visit to the capital Nicosia is worth a trip for shopping and for museums. Ayia Napa's infamous nightlife and water park, Protaras famous for its safe waters with golden, sandy beaches and the fabulous mountain range of Troodos for relief from the hot sun during the summer.
Waterworld is a great day out for all the family and just a 30 minute drive away towards Ayia Napa. It is Europes largest waterpark and has many attractions for the whole family from fast breath taking water rides to the slower more gentle lazy river ride, where you can relax floating along around the park.
How to get there
Monarch Airways from Luton to Larnaca, Cyprus Airways and British Airways twice daily from Heathrow. Cyprus Airways from Stanstead. Several chartered flights to Larnaca with Thomas Cook, Excalibar, JMC, Air 2000, Thompsons etc leaving from Gatwick. Easy jet will be flying from April 08. Larnaca Airport is only 8kms from the villa. Car hire advised. Taxi transfer from airport to villa cost approx. 15 Cyprus Pounds one way and can be arranged.
