The apartment is fully air conditioned, fully furnished, has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. From the balcony you have a sea view, or you can just walk straight on to the beach from the well maintained private garden, with it's own regulated irrigation system and thoughtfully placed lighting. The garden is maintained by garden contractors on a weekly basis at no extra cost to you.
A short walk to the village centre, Pervolia has a large english speaking population and a growing tourism industry. With supermarkets, a number of Cypriot owned tavernas, post office and local shops, the village still has a traditional feel, and entertainment can be found most evenings boasting it's excellent local and traditional food, Greek dancing to live singing.
Pervolia is a short drive from Larnaca (10 mins) with landmarks that include ancient St Lazarus church and a Knight's Templar fort, the marina and the promenade consisting of a wide range of bars and restaurants. Pervolia is ideal for holidaymakers who enjoy sun, sea and shopping, with or with out kids!
Ayia Napa is a 30 min drive to the east and is renowned for its night life. It also has a water park highly suitable for families. To the north a 30 min drive will take you to Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus, where you can enjoy a truly cosmopolitan experience, museums, shopping, sports and The Arts.

Off street parking to front of property combined with a well maintained garden. Very large back garden which ends on the beach. Also has separate shower in garden and well positioned lighting poles for those romantic evening gatherings. The garden upkeep is on an anual contract and will be maintained by the owner all year round at no extra cost.

The Larnaca region
Excellent location with a choice of the sea or a short drive to the mountains.Larnaca is a thriving port with a cosmopolitan atmosphere. It is a significant tourist and commercial area. It is a convenient base for exploring the island. Pedestrianised sea front is lined with plenty of Cypriot cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all ages.
At the northern end of the promenade there is a large marina where regular boat trips can be booked. Larnaca has a long history and there are many places of interest to see and explore. Ayia Napa is a 30 min drive to the east and is renowned for its night life. It also has a water park highly suitable for families. To the north a 30 min drive will take you to Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus.
If you decide to stay , don’t miss the chance of visiting the mountains! I would recommend that you take a hire car - you could visit some of the most popular villages in a day. If you would like to see the mountains at their best you can’t beat taking a short scenic walk, which will reveal so many things you would otherwise miss!
Cyprus is an excellent area for walking - mainly in the virtually untouched Akamas peninsula, although if you wish to travel further afield there are also many great walks in the Troodos hills. There are numerous guidebooks which give details on walks and there are also leaflets available from any CTO office.
The Pervolia / Faros Beach area
Scuba diving, surfboarding, camel parks, wine festivals, food festivals.Pervolia has a real community atmosphere. The village square is dominated by the magnificent Church. There are many festivals throughout the year when the square comes alive with entertainment and local Greek traditions.
There are regular bus services to Larnaca, however there is always plenty to do in Pervolia. The sandy beach has sun loungers and is suitable for young children. There are also miles of pebbled beaches to explore.
In the evenings there is always plenty of entertainment, bars and restaurants take it in turns to provide bozouki evenings, Greek entertainment etc. The village is a short walk from Victoria Court

Prices shown are for the rental of the property, per week in British Pounds.. Not per person. If you would like to book for a different period of time e.g. 10 days, the price for the additional days will be charged pro rata nightly basis. (Simply divide the week rate by 7 ) to give you a price per additional night.
We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP.
