Villanova is an elegant Art-Nouveau villa immersed in the Umbrian countryside in the whereabouts of Perugia. A beautiful park with century-old trees separates the villa from the surrounding vineyards, cultivated fields and orchards. The network of paths is ideal for pleasant and relaxing walks or to reach a close-by lake, home to swans, ducks and geese.

In a corner of the park, guests will find the exclusive swimming pool with irregular shape (14x6 with a maximum depth of 1.3 metres, plus a circular area with a diameter of 5 meters and a depth of approximately 80 cm, ideal for children)(01/05-30/09). The pool is equipped with solar shower plus two service changing rooms with bathrooms and showers. Near the swimming pool guests can use a large covered barbecue area (about 30 sq.mt.) with semi-professional equipment (electric pizza oven, refrigerator, sink, wood-fired barbecue). The building dates back to the early 20th century keeping all the allure of that era. It develops on three floors joined by a remarkable wooden stairway to the north, and with backstairs and a lift to the south. It has been modernized recently with all the amenities necessary for a truly comfortable and elegant accommodation.

The villa is ideal for groups of friends or large families who want to spend their holidays alternating cultural outings to historic towns like Perugia and Assisi with sports such as golf or boat trips on Lake Trasimeno. The most famous towns in southern Tuscany such as Arezzo, Chiusi, Montepulciano and others are within easy reach. The villa has central heating, baby bed and wi-fi Internet connection. A maid, cookery courses and a chef are all available but must be requested when booking. Upon request: direct sale of the estate's agricultural products. Car park on the property.
