Both Perugia and Assisi can be seen in the distance, while Todi, Gubbio, Spoleto, and Orvieto are less than 40 mins drive.

GIMIGNANO, PIENZA in Tuscany and many of the beautiful further Tuscan towns must to be reached in 1 hour and half.

The property is lucky enough to be in an area of year round beauty. During June and July the whole property is surrounded by wide expanses of sunflowers, in November the countryside is covered with fantastic autumn colours of the oaks. From May to September, many villages organize festival dinners with local food - a real experience in Italy! Village festivals for al fresco dining in the evening with local foods.
