Castle Gardens is a small gated development of exclusive architect-designed highland holiday homes, situated at the mouth of beautiful Loch Tay in Kenmore, surely the most picturesque village in Highland Perthshire.
Crannog Lodge is situated in a stunning corner position with expansive first floor decking to the front and side of the property, accessed from the main living area, with hot tub, gas BBQ, deck furniture and views to the Golf Course, hills and Loch Tay. Full Sky TV Package, 20” flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms, PS2 Kids Games Zone, a host of Indoor & Outdoor Games (including Table Tennis and Golf Clubs), with many other details that make Crannog Lodge an ideal family retreat.
The entrance is from a landscaped courtyard with front door parking. There is a well equipped utility room with washer/drier and storage area leading off the hall and a PS2 Play Zone complete with Beanbags & flat screen TV. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: a master bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower room with a French door to the rear garden and a twin bedroom with Victorian cream beds with an en suite facilities bathroom.
The first floor master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite shower room and doors to a private balcony with wonderful views to Drummond hill.
The open tread oak staircase leads you into the spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with floor to ceiling windows to capitalise on the beautiful hill views. The lounge has leather settees, 32’ flat screen TV, surround sound cinema system with DVD, CD and i - dock. The kitchen has granite worktops and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Access to the huge deck is from the living area where you can enjoy the magnificent views and have a soak in the luxury of a Canadian hot tub.
Underfloor heating throughout, built-in wardrobes, dressing tables in each bedroom, dishwasher, microwave, cot, highchair, stairgate,– everything you could possibly expect from a luxury holiday house. Electricity costs, linen, towels and L’Occitaine products are also included in the rental.
