Why not walk down to one of Perths most popular beaches or take a 5 min drive to Hillarys Boat Harbour? Mullaloo has much to offer families. The beautiful beach is patrolled and the cafe on the beach provides take away snacks. Immediately behind the beach is a park which has bbq facilities as well as sheltered tables and playground facilities for the children. Opposite the park is the new Mullaloo Restaurant and Bar which serves excellent food and wines! If you wish to visit another popular tourist venue then Hillarys Boat Harbour is only 5mins south by car where you'll find many cafes, restaurants and shops as well as entertainment slides etc for the kids.

The house is located only a short walk from Mullaloo Beach which has a beautiful picnic park behind it equipped with BBQ's as well as the new Mullaloo Bar/Restaurant . Hillarys Boat Harbour is only a 5 min drive down the Sunset Coast . Hillarys is the second biggest tourist attraction in WA after Kings Park in central Perth. The marina boasts a water slide park, Aquarium of WA, numerous restaurants & shops as well as boat trips to Rottnest Island and whale watching excursions. The beaches to the north and south of the marina are among the best to be found in Australia .The city centre is only 20 mins away by car or 12 minutes from Whitfords train station that will take you straight into the heart of the city!

This spacious and private beach house has 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed and en suite. Bedroom 2 has a double bed whilst bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and bedroom 4 has bunks. The main bathroom has a bath, sep. shower and separate toilet whilst the lounge seats 8 and includes tv, dvd and cd player. The kitchen has micorwave,oven, hob and fridgefreezer whilst the laundry room has a new washing machine, iron and ironing board. The indoor dining table seats 8 as does the undercover outdoor setting. The small pond with fish will help you unwind whilst you cook on the bbq! The beautiful large sparkling pool won't fail to impress - sit back, relax and enjoy Mullalloo!

The covered area immediately outside the kitchen provides a perfect entertaining area for meals and drinks. The pool area is raised up behind the house

Conditions

Thank you for a wonderful stay, we could not have asked for anything nicer. Had everything we needed, oh except a BBQ cleaner!!. We would recommend the cottage to everyone. Close to all you need.
