Why not walk down to one of Perths most popular attractions Hillarys Boat Harbour? There you'll find many restaurants, cafes, shops and of course the beach! Nothing is too far away with the train station or freeway only 2km away that will take you right into the heart of the city. There's also the bus station a mere 10m from the front door which will take you to the closest shopping mall, Whitfords. Alternatively Karrinyup Mall is 10mins by car down the Marmion Avenue.
Bedroom one has a queen sized bed, walk in wadrobe and en suite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have single beds with wardrobes in each. There's a separate toilet off the main bathroom which also has a bath and shower. The comfortable lounge leads into the dining room that in turn flows into the spacious kitchen. From the kitchen sliding doors lead out onto a large undercover outdoor area. Here awaits the bbq and outdoor setting! The main bedroom looks onto the pool and of course the sun loungers awaiting occupation.

Hillarys Boat Harbour is the second biggest tourist attraction in WA after Kings Park in central Perth. The marina boasts a water slide park, Aquarium of WA, numerous restaurants & shops as well as boat trips to Rottnest Island and whale watching excursions. The beaches to the north and south of the marina are among the best to be found in Australia .The city centre is only 20 mins away by car.

The place was spotless and had everything we could have wanted. The pool area looked great and very tempting (We'll have to stay again in warmer months to give it a try). There is heaps of storage space and the large kitchen makes cooking for a family of four a breeze. We'll definitely be back!
