Our properties range from 3x2 to 4x2 and 5 x2, and are located in the Perth suburbs of Clarkson, Quinns Rocks, Burns Beach, Merriwa and Butler. All hav washing/laundry facilities, dishwashers, TV. DVD player and sound system, gasd barbeques and outdoor settings. All master bedrooms have queen sized beds, walkin robes or built ins and all other other bedrooms have robes. Gourmet style kitchens, internet access and linen and bath towels provided. All properties are either 500 metres from the nearest locak beach or max 5 kms drive from the beaches. Public transport, schools, shops and reataurants are near by.

The Western Australia / Perth Metro Area
For those who know the Mediterranean, Perth's climate is not unlike the weather there, long dry summers and mild, rainy winters. Perth is the capital of Western Australia, Australia's largest state but least populated state. Perth is modern and fairly new city, very few skyscrapers and bordered by the Indain Ocean, the Darling ranges and the Swan and Canning Rivers. A cosmopolitan city which offers a wide range of cuisine, especially the most wonderful seafood, numerous nightspots, parks, pristine beaches and plenty of water ways for water and other outside activities. Perth is 3 hours drive from the well known Margaret River wineries and beaches, 30 mins from the Swan Valley wineries and other tourist attractions.

How to get there
The properties are located about 45 mins by car from Perth International and Domestic airports. Bus stop close by and near Clarkson railway/Joondalup station a 30 min train trip to Perth City. Best way to get around is to hire a car.
