Through the front entrance, ascend to the upper level "Dreams" and our 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT.

Here you will find 2 Queen bedrooms plus the 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds complemented by a separate bathroom and toilet.

The family room, with it's spectacular 180 degrees Ocean Views, complete with TV, DVD Player,
is large enough for the group to settle down relaxing on comfortable leather lounges. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the family room.

A court yard to the rear of the property with outdoor setting, BBQ and a separate laundry allows you to enjoy our warm summer evenings.

Both levels are completely separate and private with a solid concrete ceiling allowing for maximum noise reductions when both accommodations are in use.

Body Boards and Mask /Snorkel Sets available for you to use. Also ask about bicycles!

Wi-Fi internet access is available at $2 per night of stay- payable for total length of stay
ie 17 nights = $34 .

DREAMS is the upper level accommodation to this large unique two storey house.
Completely private and secure with its own front door access.
Private court yard with outdoor setting and BBQ. Also here you will find your own ground level laundry and drying facilities.

The solid concrete ceiling with its unique sound proof covering ensures the best possible noise deflection


Conditions

A deposit of 50% is required upon returning the completed booking contract .

A cancellation fees apply - Details are included in the terms & conditions.
Balance of payment to be made 8 weeks prior to arrival date along with the refundable $500 Security Bond for significant breakages, repairs or extra cleaning. This will be refunded 7 days after vacancy on completion of a satisfactory inspection.
